e.g a jumper at £12.00 comes up at £10.80
then the £10 off comes off

Im a bit worried. I used one of the codes last week and today Ive received a phonecall from Littlewoods asking about the service I received when ordering the goods - when I said I had ordered the stuff online, she seemed suprised and said she couldnt continue with the questions.

Im worried incase they are going to take the discount from my Credit card because the discount codes were obviously not mine.

Has anyone else received a phone call or do you think im worrying over nothing?

That order rejected too, yet i placed an order with additions and it was accepted straight away! Have credit on both accounts, no arrears! They seem to be clamping down

I've just checked my statement I have been charged the full prices then credited for the vouchers, on GUS, Littlewoods and Kays

I'm going to send an email to the bank and ask them not to make any further payments to them from my credit card. (worth a go)

Dont think they can take more money from your credit card, they will probably open a credit account for you and send you a statement showing cancelled voucher code and showing arrears. Thats what they have done to me. Cant believe they are allowed to open a credit account without me signing something. Also says I can have another £725 credit, Oh and included in the letter was a £5 off code!

Did you apply for a credit account with them??

I just picked the option to pay by card, without opening an account with them.

I couldn't open a credit account with them as I am a DMP and wouldn't pass a credit scoring, so fingers crossed there will be no comebacks

Has anyone had problems placing orders? I placed an order with great universal-rejected, (used a code) even though i have credit and no arrears. Placed an order with kays using a code, still being processed even though i placed it yesterday morning! also ordered a top without a code, still being processed. Yet i ordered a top and trousers from additions without a code and my order was accepted straight away!

I daren't place another order with them, I used 1 code and have been credited, so I am not going to push it with them

I have always paid by Debit card too. I have never applied for any catalogue credit account. They seem to have opened one for me without permission.
