    That's weird.

I got a phone call even before I recieved the PAC. They said it would take 3-5 working days as it would come through the post, but they phoned me the day after I requested it.

I duno if it's because there are 3 lines on the account and they were worried about losing the custom? She did say to me "I see you have 2 other lines on the account, would you be moving those over as well?".. seemed a bit irrelevant as those 2 numbers aren't due to upgrade for yonks yet.
  • Hi I would like to know if any of you out there can help me?

I currently am coming to the end of a 18 month contract with vodafone ( been a customer of theirs for the last 7 years ). I am currently on the Anytime 75 Stop The Clock tarrif. I currently have a SE K800i telephone. I would like to know what sort of handset upgrades i can expect?

    Many Thanks!

Are you after a particular handset? Check their website for deals and then call to see what they can give you before comparing to other available offers.
  • I was thinking of a Nokia N95.

    ok people advise wanted.
My contract due to expire @ end of month
Have pac code have cancellation in, but all I want is a deal!
Presently have 125 min and 250 text messages
    STC AND ROLLOVER MINUTES
I also have another contract expiring in 6 months, and at this rate they are going to be loosing both contracts
Been offered same again with SE980i flip, all for £17.50 on same contract
or take the deal and extend minutes later, the latter i think would be a bad move

where can you get a mobile contract for a fiver a month

Through rententions, and since this thread is about retentions that's what I mention. If you only want a few minutes, and a few texts, they'll be happy simply to keep you on the network, even for pretty much nothing.

You need to mention how much you're paying per month. If you're spending more than £25 per month, and you can negotiate a little, you could get the N95 8GB for free!
  • Nokia n96 is out this week thats a brilliant upgrade but i think thats on a £35+ contract a month also the sony ericsson c902 is a excellent phone thats the one i have
