Vodafone Retention Deals

That sounds like a very good deal - is that with 4G data (does VF even do 3G only now!?)
Also, how did you get such a good offer from BT in the first place?0 -
My contract ends on 25th. I have been trying to get through to speak VF via 191 since 25th September. I have got through a couple of times but each time was cut off at various points. However I did manage to speak to someone after 78 mins last week who in turn told me she was billing only and couldn't help. Phone said press 3 if you are thinking of leaving us - this I did so not happy India or wherever decided I was in the wrong place. I asked to be put through to someone for my PAC code but didn't realise I had to also give 30 days notice at the same time. Obviously been with VF too long to remember this.
I phoned via the house phone this morning, Sunday 08.24am, to the 03333 number and got answered within a minute. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I've at last been able to give 30day notice, which is annoying as I am stuck now until 4th November.
They did make me an offer: 1000 mins, u/l texts and 500mb with Samsung S6 for £24.50.
I am currently on SIMO deal with unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 1gb for £11.
I don't think I can't actually bring myself to stay with VF for another two years. I've been with them for 17 years. I don't think the above offers are anything special but it may help someone trying to get a deal from them.0 -
Is anyone else here simply not getting called by the retention team? I phoned for a PAC code last week. They called me once on Thursday, but I missed the call, and since then I haven't been called at all.
Two years ago, they called about three times a day.0 -

I've been a customer for 10 years, currently spending £50 a month on my contract - phoned up for my PAC 3 weeks ago and not had a single call from retentions. The woman I spoke to when I requested the PAC asked me what sort of deal would make me stay - I said unlimited texts/calls and 6GB of data for under £20 p/m she said there was no way they would be able to offer that...0 -
I asked for my PAC code last week. No one has phoned me and I haven't received my PAC code. I was able to give 30 days notice on Sunday.0

I was on £22 SIM-only deal (3GB data). Contacted them via live chat and asked to cancel. Was offered a 4GB plan (unlimited for 3 months) for £16.50 with a free month, which I accepted.0

After 2 weeks I got through to VF, quite easily at 6.30pm yesterday, and at last now have my PAC code. He said the last one expired in 30th September but he would replace it. Huh? I have never had one sent to me/given to me despite asking for it twice without any luck.
I'm now ready to go off to 02 with a good deal and a new Samsung S6.0 -
