You won't get a deal an an iPhone 6. They are already struggling to meet demand so there's absolutely no chance, sorry. Re the iPhone 5s,just tell them what you want when they hopefully try and persuade you to stay. Never take their first offer. Your offer will be individual to you so no one can really say what they will offer.

Remember the 5s is still an in demand handset so have a look on third party websites to see what the best offers out there are. This will give you a benchmark for bartering with voda.

If anyone does have any examples of retention-related deals they've negotiated on the 5s (and especially 32GB) then that would be very handy.

I'm not surprised that there isn't much in the way of a deal on the 6, but I did expect some good options on the 5S. What I was offered was pretty much their standard online deal minus a modest handset charge.
