I let them know I was open to a deal, I don't think saying "call me tomorrow with a better deal" is going to work. every time I speak to them they say that is their best deal.

I'm hoping they'll call before my line closes next month(i've already had confirmation of this, its not just my contract end date)

I will put ask for PAC code on friday. i expect a call on Monday. I will go for the HTC one

My latest update.

As I mentioned in one of my first posts I've two phones whose contract is due to end 13 June. Retention called yesterday and gave me the offers I posted earlier. I rejected asked her to call me back tomorrow afternoon when I'd spoken to my sister.

Now I think they are playing hardball - divide and conquer.

They phoned my sister, the user of the other phone, and want to talk to her today. She is calling around to my house at lunch time for the call. She's a bit nervous about switching and haggling, but I've assured her that even though we've asked for our pac codes we don't have to switch.

I'll get back after lunch and let you know what is happening.

You've got an excuse to come right out and ask them to call back, I only have the one line up for renewal. Looking forward to your update, hope they call.
