This is the Vodafone Upgrade I have been offered:
£15/month
free HTC Desire S
free 300 mins call allowance
unlimited texts
free 1GB internet allowance
free 1GB BT Internet WIFI allowance
24 month contract (it was 18 months... but got a call to let me know a 'mistake' had been made and the offer was only for a 24 month contract with no possibility of an 18 month one).0 -
Tigersilly - did you take that deal or did you press ahead and insist on an 18 month deal?0

Hi. I'm a £20 a month 300 mins, unlimited text and internet.
Phone broke, so really need a new one, anything decent would do.
Need more minutes, would like unlimited landline, or the stop the clock (what exactly is that?). What's the best I can get?
Thanks0 -

I've been offered the same for 24 months with phone costing £50 AND for £25 a month!!0 -
Has anyone else been given a limit on their wifii useage?? My OH has u/l and thinks it's very strange the offer I've been given of 500mb and not unlimited is odd.0

Well I've been had!! £50.89 charges on my account for calls I've supposedly made to a 'Road Watch' number.
Just phoned them and they won't do anything - just said make an online complaint which is pointless as no-one ever answers online queries.
I've cancelled the direct debit, should I have done that??? Def. can't afford £50 and then try and get it back!!0 -

No you should not, they'll destroy your credit rating and call in the debt collectors0 -
I'm in a catch 22.
I just phoned them and there's no way they will drop the charges.
They can spread the cost but , only if the DD is cancelled. Only then will the collections team get invloved and make the payments manageable.
If I have a DD they can't do that.0 -

They went better than a price match with T-Mobile. I wanted to leave as I had a heap of problems with Vodafone, so I requested my PAC.
Just want to warn people - the upgrade team may fail to mention that the contract they are offering is at a lower price for 21 months and then at a raised price at 24 months. The reason cited is that 'you can upgrade at 21 months' - so what!? if you choose not to then you are penalized. I think it's disgraceful to 1) Not inform people 2) To even have this rule in the first place.
That said - thanks to Heidi at Vodafone for helping me with the issues I raised.0
