do vodafone have a retention number that we as customers can call, when i call the number they called me, it says dont worry youll get contacted later on
no i dont think so, for the real deals they call you on that 0808 number. u can go thru the normal CS channels but they probably wont be able to offer u what you are after. in which case u can request cancellation or a pac. someone from retentions will call u back to see if there is anything else they can do to persuade u to stay0 -
Does anyone know if Vodafone are able to offer the N85 as an upgrade handset? Some of the threads in this forum say that the N85 is available on vodafone but it isnt on their website and the only place I have seen it is via third parties such as dialaphone etc.
Your help appreciated. Thanks.0 -
Only phones4u have the N85 on vodaphone upgrade0

I've had my Sim Only contract for about 6 months now which i have been using with my Nokia N95. Im paying £20 a month for 600 mins and unlimtied text but i now want to get the New Nokia 5800.
If i cancel this sim only contract then im thinking of going with either O2 or Vodafone again, probably getting an 18 month contract.
Is the PAC code similar to a broadband MAC code? Where once they supply you with the code it is valid for 30 days to move to another operator/provider, and if the code isnt used then your current contract will continue as normal?
Do Vodafone give people who are on Sim Only contracts any retention deals? I take it they dont give phones if you stay on Sim Only but do they offer you a better discount if you change over to an 18 month contract or are the deals just the same as instore/online?
Cheers:cool:0 -

did u already request ur pac?
i spoke to upgrades first and they couldnt offer me anything decent so said that they would get someone to call me back (they were from cancellations i think). they couldnt offer me a better deal than i was looking at either so i requested my pac. once pac requested u should get a text saying that someone will call u from the 0808 number and that is the guy offerring u the best deal that they can. if thats still no good then u get ur pac/cancellation.
i think ive read of folks being called more than once, but its not guarenteed.0 -
