Vodafone Retention Deals

i got my cousin 750 mins, 250 texts, unlimited landline, unlimited internet (500MB) for 20 per month with the nokia 5800 xpressmusic
this process works with my friends and family but with me it never works.

Recieved letter today outlining plan and no internet was stated but the price was only £19.67 a month so i rang to confirm. I do have internet and he said its showing i have 1000 texts also. I said i wasnt aware and he said i get double for upgrading as i did last time but has now ammended it to unlimited.
Seems to good to be true.;)

do vodafone have a retention number that we as customers can call, when i call the number they called me, it says dont worry youll get contacted later on

i got offered that too but didnt take it as i wasnt interested in the 5800, not impressed by symbian on the current N95. it seemed to me they were trying to puch the 5800 as that was the first deal that they offered me..
