Yes last week it was the other foot 🤦♀️ Beginning to wonder if I have a balance issue. 5 falls in last couple of years, 4 twisted ankles & fractured coccyx! (Fell on stairs for that one, not on field) Also twisted ankle when the dog ran into me chasing her ball & knocked me off my feet, but not counting that one as it wasn’t a “fall”.
Used up some chicken breast for dinner with a green pepper, half a pack of blackbean sauce and half a pack of microwave rice.Have got some grapes & cheese & sliced cooked sausage to take into work tomorrow and a banana. Have sorted a casual outfit and wide slip on comfy shoes.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Skinty hope your ankle improves quickly. XXIs puppy dog moving with you or staying with DS?I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Thanks Chrystal.Puppy dog is DS’s dog. He pays for her food, vet plan & insurance. I do the morning walk so they can have a lie in and either DS or his gf (or both together) do the afternoon/ evening walk depending on what shifts they are on. If they are both on late shifts I walk her a second time. She is staying with DS & his gf. I will really miss her 😢 but will maybe be invited back to walk her in the afternoons if they are both working. They have said that they will get up and walk her in the mornings.Foot is aching this morning I have taken some painkillers so hopefully they should kick in by the time I walk puppy dog around 7am0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

When both are fully recovered do the balance tests shown online, if it does seem off speak with your GP.
Hope today goes ok, food sounds great.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Walked the dog across the road to the pond and back this morning. Drove to work and hobbled to my desk. First day in and no support, no management, I might as well have worked from home. Not sure why they insist we go in. Only 2 other people in on my team. More IT issues. Gave up & left 20 minutes early.Car was scorching hot and I had to have air con on full blast. I hate city driving even in an automatic car, it’s stop/start stop/start. Will probably have used loads of petrol on air con but totally necessary in my opinion.Bought a Father’s Day card 99p and book of new 1st class stamps with barcodes, 4 for £3.80. Posted the card on the way home.Opened windows and doors to get air in the house when I got back. Puppy dog was well behaved while we were all out. Played with her for a while & gave her some ice cubes. DS & his gf walked her later in the evening when it had cooled down a bit.I hard boiled some eggs and will take one to work tomorrow, also some grapes and cheese and cooked sliced sausages defrosted from the freezerOne more day in the office tomorrow then I am wfh the rest of the week & can keep windows open and fans on to help keep it cooler indoors for the dog. We keep the blinds drawn at the back of the house and the large parasol is open against the patio doors to keep some of the afternoon sun out once it moves round.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Took puppy dog over the road to the pond this morning then home & played with her in the garden.Work from 9am and the morning was a bit of a write off. At least I got some management support today. Was glad when my shift ended. Drove home with aircon on. Chilli and rice for dinner from the freezer. Message from no-dogs friend & we went for a drink at the pub. Friend paid. Had a lovely chat.
