  • Makes perfect sense and it's great having dual purpose jeans.
Slow cookers are good like that. Knowing all you got to do when home is lift the lid, serve and eat is reassuring after a hard day.
    Fingers crossed for the MOT.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

What a brilliant price for jeans and they are so adaptable too. Good luck with MOT and yum to beef stew.

  • Have been awake on and off since 3.30am. I checked my tyre pressure yesterday & it has triggered some back pain despite my being careful, kneeling on the floor and using my padded kneeling cushion. I wish petrol stations still had attendants that could do this for you! At least I can do it at home without an audience at the petrol station watching me scrabbling around on the floor and trying to get up 🤦‍♀️ At least it’s done for now, I try to check them once a month.

Just about to get up and get ready to drop the car off for it’s mot. I can walk home as the garage is only 10 mins away and I will walk back and pick it up again after work, assuming it passes of course 🤞

  • Am glad it’s Friday.

A few of the girls are going out for a Christmas meal. £21.95 for 2 courses. Menu looks lovely. However we also have to pay a service charge and pre-order drinks.

I have said I will be only having one alcoholic drink on arrival then tap water during the meal (Hope its free). I am not contributing to everyone else’s wine. Not sure how that will go down! My house moving friend is going too and she has agreed the same as she is working the next day (saturday) and she needs to drive to work at 4am.
