Have been struggling with swollen sore nose 🤦♀️ Feeling better now but it aches later in the afternoon after wearing my glasses 🤓
We have had lashings of rain & thunderstorms but it’s meant to be nice today so I will put some washing out later. It’s very windy so should dry it ok.Almost payday. I will go shopping tomorrow for bits & pieces at aldii. I still have enough for meals in the freezer just need fruit and salad. Tomorrow is my later start day.I will need to sort money around in august as I will need petrol money to get up north. I hardly dare think about seeing my family, it’s so close now I just hope none of us catch covid in this final week! Am staying away from people as much as possible & will do a lateral flow test the night before I go.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Can you put a bit of padding on the bridge part, take the pressure / weight off your nose.
It's great you're getting to see DF et al and I'm sure the money juggle will work out. If there's any other cheaper things up north it may be worth picking them up to balance the petrol costs a bit.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
It will be so good for you to see your father. I am so happy for you, it made such a difference to see my family. Hurrah to payday. Take painkillers for nose. Poor you.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221

Had a stressful shift last night and am still trying to shake it off. Been out with the dog on the country paths for an hour. We picked some ripe blackberries along the way & puppy dog munched on them 😆 I brought some home & had them with a ripe pear & granola 😋 Blackberries are so expensive to buy so I only eat them when I can pick them for free.Weather is dry & bright but cool. If it stays dry I will cut the grass this afternoon. Have been invited out with the girls later we have booked a table outside so it also depends on the weather.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hope the wall cleared your head and the stress was abandoned on the walk.

Just as I started to get the electric extension cable out to the garden yesterday it started raining! I abandoned the idea of cutting the grass. Once the rain stopped I got my jig saw out and chopped up the old patio chairs ready for a tip run today. Then I washed down the patio with the hose to get rid of plastic dust.Took the dog for a walk round the pond early evening as DS & gf were at work & fed her then got ready and went out with friends to our local pub. Had a lovely evening it wasn’t very busy but felt very strange almost back to normal with no masks & going to the bar! The doors were all open, tables still 2m apart & as not many people in we could social distance from other diners so it felt as safe as it could be.I took the birthday girl a card from my stash 69p. We have an agreement between us not to buy presents. We all ordered from the 2 for £10.99 menu. I had hunter’s chicken which was very nice and a child’s dessert chocolate brownie & ice cream £1.19. The most expensive part was the drinks! I had 2 drinks £9. Total spend £15.69 paid from entertainment fund. Had a great evening & short walk home so no taxi fare. 🤗This should be the final tip run to help my friend today. After tip run we are going to the range to see if the matching patio table is reduced & then to card shop as I need to replenish my stash of cards & get one for my niece who I will see while I am visiting DF. We are going out for chinese on her birthday.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

You're getting good use out the jigsaw, that's more than paid for itself now.
Reading about your evening out, I've realised how much I missed them (yours). Hearing about the different meals, bargains, how drinks are still the most expensive part, but most of all how energised you are afterwards. Your spirits are lifted.
Good luck with the tip run and it will soon be family time 🤗Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2
