    Great news about GF.
Good shop for under £20, even if naughty things jumped in; they obviously had enough and wanted different views.
    Meals sound delicious as always.

    Have a good day!

  • Thanks both of you. The dog started moving around just before 6.30 so I took her downstairs and fed her. Then we had a lovely walk about 8.30 for an hour. It’s warm but cloudy with a nice cool breeze. I had my lightweight raincoat on but tied it round my waist about halfway round our route as I was too hot.

I’ve just steamed 2 heads of broccoli & fried bacon & onions. Some of the broccoli, 2 slices of bacon & the onions have been used in a crustless quiche with some cheese which is just finishing in the oven. It smells lovely. I had 2 slices of bacon on a roll for breakfast. 😋 some of the broccoli will be added to chicken & a sauce with the philly cheese. The rest of the broccoli once cooled will be bagged & frozen.  I find veg doesn’t seem to keep very well in the fridge so I try to cook & freeze what I can before it goes off

Yum 😋 trying not to eat it now!

I couldn’t find my quiche dish so I cooked it in a Pyrex dish sprayed with 1 cal & it didn’t stick. Yes I couldn’t resist I ate that slice 😆 it was lovely. Will be at least 5 more slices once it’s cooled. Recipe was bbc food I just added broccoli instead of tomatoes, only 2 slices of bacon finely chopped & just used a sprinkle of dried mixed herbs instead of fresh herbs.  Cooking time 30 mins at 180

Not much to report this week. Have been eating the home made crustless quiche for breakfast 😋

Friday is my late start work day and I am going to mat alan to return some of the stuff I bought for a refund. Some of the tops are not so nice when tried on. I don’t usually buy clothes in stores before trying them but changing rooms are still closed.

The items were paid on my credit card, the bill is due at the end of the month so the refund should be paid before the bill is due.

I have booked the tip for Sunday morning after cancelling last week. I am helping my friend get rid of some stuff as she doesn’t have a car. We are going to Toby carvery for lunch I have a voucher for £10 off.
