You sound invigorated. Perhaps another gathering could be in the pipeline.
Shopping is good and the food will produce some varied meals.

Monday seems to be long gone now. Thank goodness it’s Friday, work has been a real slog.

Today I am working my first late shift and I start at 12. A bit later on this morning I will take the dog for a nice walk and then batch cook some pasta bake & spag Bol. Then I can microwave one portion tonight after work for my dinner when I’m likely to be too tired to cook. The rest will be portioned up and frozen.

Oh no. I hope it goes by quickly. It's great that you are cooking in advance so you can eat good food when you finish. Good luck my dear friend.

Good luck, hopefully the time will fly by and having a ready to heat meal will make a difference when you finish.

Actually wasn’t too bad but feel v tired now. This morning I walked the dog, did some batch cooking and had a shower and hair wash before starting work. After work I went for a short walk with the dog and DS’s gf to get some fresh air and just had my pasta bake.

At least you know what to expect with the later starts. Could you work out a late afternoon pick me up snack, get an energy boost going for when you're ready to sign off.

    Food looks yummy.

Thanks Babs. Yesterday’s food was fry up for breakfast, chicken and salad wrap for lunch, mid afternoon banana and pear, pasta bake for dinner.

I fell asleep on the sofa after dinner and now I’m wide awake 😳 I’m sure things will settle in time. I deliberately chose Friday for my late shifts so I can recover the next day / over the weekend.

Over the weekend I am going to look into ebaying the silver bangle. I have sold stuff on the bay before but not for several years. The retail price is £339 currently in the sale at £235.  I was thinking about £80.

Hope you managed to get some rest again. A few more shifts and things should form a routine.

It's all free money, just take a lot of photos and of the hallmark, send it special delivery / signed for to cover yourself; look at how much the fees / P&P work out. Selling has changed a bit recently, lots of info in the 3Bay section further up the forum.

Thanks Babs. Am not sure about selling on flea bay. Looked at some of the posts and lots about regular scams with selling jewellery including supposed buyers who claim nothing arrived in the envelope. 😳

Yesterday was lovely and sunny with a light breeze. I walked the dog & had a bacon, egg & cheese wrap for breakfast. The rest of the day I just pottered around & rested. I bought pizza for dinner at DS’s request for his birthday, paid from birthday fund.

It is cloudy and grey here today. Rain in the forecast.

FB or g-tree as it's cash on collection.
I'm glad you got some rest and pizza is a nice way to celebrate.
    Hope the weather perks up.
