Sorry I'm being mean to the kids but please keep it or put it into your gas and electric account!!!! You do so much and by living with you they are saving so much money. I hope the headache is going and you have a great weekend. I heard the weather will be great,

I would go with option C too, purely because I think you are very generous with the keep charge they pay and you deserve this little bonus!

Am feeling a bit rough today 😆🍷 but had a great evening. I have no idea what I spent 😳 but at the moment I don’t care. Lots of chat and laughs, good food and a few lovely ice cold strawberry ciders 😁. Shared a taxi with a friend, she paid for the journey there and I paid on home journey.Arrived for our meal at 3.30pm (we were one of only 2 groups eating and on opposite sides of the room) then we moved on from the restaurant & sat in a pub garden until the sun went down & moved indoors when it got cold. Not many people there so all felt safe as possible. Got home just after 10pm. Feeling very chilled today so far 😁0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Must get the lawnmower out this weekend. The grass is almost knee high 😳 Finally a few days with no rain in the forecast ☀️ so I can mow without the risk of electrocution 😆.I also bought a huge bottle of weedkiller £19.95 which should last all summer & I will spray the weeds in the gaps in the paving. It will save me lugging heavy kettles of boiling water into the garden, even if it is more expensive than just salt & boiling water (plus electric costs from boiling the kettle multiple times) and is safe for pets once dried so I just need to keep the dog away for a while.Planning to go to a bbq on Monday but should be a no spend weekend.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Glad you went out. My garden is the same and I will be trying to sort it today.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Sounds like the perfect evening to me, relaxing, good food and fruit cider tops it off!
Occasionally a quick win is needed, I've used weedkiller plenty of times before as it saves time and speeds up the process. As I'm 'organic' it's the old school way of removing the little blighters, can't risk contamination.
Enjoy the BBQ, it's definitely the weather for it!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Do you have beer traps ? I just imagine drunk slugs & snails 😆 but it must be gross emptying them 🤢
I used to use grit sand when I had flower borders & I have heard they don’t like broken eggshells, but you’d have to eat a lot of eggs 😬0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

The only thing guaranteed to work is pellets or salt, all the rest have have research done and shown they are not reliable and old wives tales as they produce a trail to slide over.
- I was going to pay a mate for their sheep fleece and to ship them across from the islands, but it would have been a waste of time and money.
Apparently there's a good slug to have, leopard slug, that enjoys the other ones and doesn't eat veg. There's also a parasite I can buy, but that's equally a horrible way for them to die. Nature was here before us and I don't want to upset the balance or life feeding another cycle.
What I have to do is make sure there's nothing they can hide under, warm and moist near my crops; I learned that one the hard way with some tester plants. Changed things around and test plants two are working, they get nibbled a bit, but keep growing.
I'm learning as I go along and having so much fun while doing so 😀Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
I managed to cut the grass yesterday it was exhausting! I had to do it in 3 stages with rests in between for me & my little lightweight hover it was a struggle. I had to lift the mower onto the top of the grass (more like clover/weeds) as it was too long & dense to push through and I didn’t want to burn out the motor. After it was cut the lawn was covered in birds picking out the grubs & bugs.I needed a shower and hair wash after that as it was so hot and sunny and then I relaxed on the sofa. 😴 Later around 6pm I went for a walk & chat with a friend (who has no dog). No dog walking for me as puppy dog has gone away for the weekend with DS & gf. It seems very quiet without her but I am enjoying the rest 😉
It is so warm I slept with my window open last night. I woke up with a dead arm around 4am 🙁 Then about 4.30am I heard a noise outside so I peeped through the curtains & there was a fox in the garden 🦊 It wandered around, peed on a few shrubs & then scaled the 6ft wall & left. I think it smelled the dog nearer the house as it didn’t come onto the patio outside the back door, just stayed on the grass.Plans for today
-more sleep in a minute I hope
-shopping at 10am for bread rolls for dog walking friends bbq tomorrow
-spray weeds with weedkiller front forecourt & back garden
-maybe another walk in the evening0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Morning, glad you had some chill time with a quiet house. It's great you did the grass, I will try that today. Foxy wouldnt have come if puppy had been there so was being curious. It's great you are going to a bbq. Things are slowly slowly becoming becoming more sociable.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221
