Have you used access to work already? If not do so, if you have then contact them again and see if they will pay for another chair for home.
Personally I would buy it myself, if there was no other option, just to have the ability to work from home / office.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -

It was a lovely day today.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Foggy & cool this morning when I walked the dog but the sun is out now. Puppy dog is much better today & we are starting to put her back on her own food gradually off the chicken & rice.I’ve had my covid jab this morning & then went shopping. Back on the healthy eating! Went to Mr T and got an Easter egg for DS & gf usually £1 reduced to 75p with club card. Also got some low carb wholemeal bread 8.1g per slice & some wholemeal mini wraps to try & fill me up more at breakfast / lunch. Also bought some coconut flour which was eyewateringly expensive but will make lower carb pancakes for pud with sweetner & lemon juice. Will try & find more dessert recipes to try & stay off the cake / chocolate! Then I went to aldi for my weekly shop £38.26. Usual fruit/ veg/ fresh meat but also got large pack toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets bleach & washing up liquid, freezer bags & stock cubes all of which I don’t buy every week so that accounted for £10.48.I have a chicken roasting in the oven & will shred the meat for salads & wraps. I have loads of veg so will cook it in the steamer this afternoon & freeze.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I'm so pleased to hear PD is getting better.
I can message a few recipes if you want easy, filling snacks?
As the weather is getting better how about having things like falafel and salad wraps for lunch, or jacket spud and salad.
I 'pace' my meals, breakfast is anytime til 10am, lunch up to 2pm, tea is about 6pm, snacks until 9pm.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
I’m trying to keep to under 130g carb & need less sugar to keep my Hba1c down. Ive worked out a meal plan, I have ham, chicken, tuna & salad for wraps for lunch or homemade soup & lower carb bread. Breakfast will be pilchards on toast, egg on toast, low fat cheese on toast or combinations of eggs / sausage / bacon/ mushrooms/ tinned tomatoes.Snacks will be fruit, cheese, mini cucumber & fresh tomato, boiled egg. Cup a soups.Dinners will be
-steak & peppers / onions with broccoli & sesame seeds soy garlic & ginger
-steak & veg stir fry with cashews
-chicken fajitas with natural yoghurt & low fat cheese
2 x roast chicken with veg gravy
-Cajun chicken, sweet potato fries & sweetcorn
-chipolata sausage & sweet potato mash, veg & gravy
I have to stop eating 3 hours before laying down/ sleeping otherwise I get ill with really bad reflux. It’s my sweet tooth that lets me down. I haven’t bought any cakes, chocolate, ice cream or crisps 😇
I have a recipe for avocado chocolate mousse I’m going to try which is low carb / low sugar. If you have any ideas for any other low sugar/ low carb desserts I’d be grateful! (Not yoghurt with fruit) 😁0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

The book I got them from is great for quick and cheap meals, I add meat to the dinners or just leave them as veggie meals.

Your diet and exercise is miles ahead of mine. That's a good weekly shop. Well done on using the chicken. Have a good day.
