Ha, ha!
Erm, as a veggie, maybe I should phrase that as eating a massive pumpkin one bite at a time! And no frogs are going anywhere near my mouth. Not unless you convince me kissing one or two will get me my prince!
Mine all started from CBT. They had a weekly table of 'to do' goals, but, I started lists from that and found it worked better for me. The spaces for suggestions were too small!
I may be obsessively anal slightly addicted now, but, I like scoring off things on a list.... The only downside to that is the stuff you don't get round to crossing off.... Solution: I have a note-pad, and turn the page over, but do an end of week review to see if what hasn't been done can be sorted for the end of the week, or, whether it really isn't that important, or, needs breaking down into small parts as 'on-going'. Works for me.
Now just need to apply that logic to saving goals!"...when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth..."

PD should be back to her usual self soon and not realise the stress she put everyone under.
The interim budget looks good.
Holiday plans are very productive, allowing time to enjoy your break too.
A neighbour has a sprinkler system for their lawn, they pop it out when it's cooled down and leave it going for a bit. Seems to work for them as their lawn is very green.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Tbh I don’t water anything in my garden 😬 I have evergreen shrubs, lavender & sage which has long spikes of purple flowers then gets cut back & comes again each year. Also other flowering plants & bulbs, Campanula https://www.woottensplants.com/product/campanula-garganica-mrs-resholt/?attribute_pa_pot-size=9cm&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIoJXmqdH56gIVw7LVCh0vRQ6oEAkYByABEgI1r_D_BwE
plus daffys. tulips & grape hyacinth & bluebells that come in the spring. Plus it means the lawn doesn’t need cutting very often in the summer 😊0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Gardens are so difficult it's a good job you have a system in place. I hope you enjoy the hot weather and that you and doggie stay well.Aiming for a minimal spend 20223

Lovely dog walk this morning. Just over half an hour as didn’t want her to overdo it. Then I walked to coop for milk & also got some seeded bread & bananas. Had mashed banana on toast for breakfast 😊
Have just been pottering today. Emptied recycling, emptied dishwasher, hoovered dog carpet. Mostly been laid on the sofa with the patio doors open watching tv & snoozing 😴
Forgot to mention I renegotiated my contract with VM yesterday as my £10 a month discount had expired. Managed to get the same discount again which I was happy with.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

It was a lovely cool morning, blue sky & big white fluffy clouds. Took the dog for a walk and let her have a bit of a run around after her ball. Not too long though & then had a nice stroll back.Had bacon & egg for breakfast then chopped back the shrubs in the garden. I use old sheets / quilt covers under the shrubs to catch all the clippings and then they are easy to pick up and put into the garden recycling bin. Lovely breeze & sat in the shade for a few breaks & drinks of water.Have now come inside as it’s full sun out the back & the shade has gone. Used up some cooked chicken, tinned sweetcorn & cooked broccoli with a bag of curry noodles (32p b & m) for lunch with a dash of soy 😋

It’s v dark this morning & cool. I’ve noticed it getting darker earlier at night too. Feels like autumn, but there is a heatwave coming...Plans for today
- walk the dog
- drag green waste bin from back garden to front forecourt ready for collection tomorrow. Its not full, so not that heavy. I share the bin & the cost with my neighbour so I will check if he has anything else to go in. It is collected once a fortnight & saves lots of trips to the tip. We don’t have a schedule between us / alternate fortnights as such, but just check with each other whether one of us needs it & schedule our chopping/ weeding accordingly.
- weed front forecourt
- sugar soap top half of kitchen / diner walls (dado rail in middle) & fill any holes / cracks- check online banking0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hey Skinty
You've done a lot more than I have, only managed a hoover through today, and a couple of dog walks, got to do more as it is going to get hot again...
