I am not arguing, just asking a genuine question - on a small residential or commercial site, how do you persuade people not to park where they shouldn't?

on a small residential : fit rising bollards with a automatic fob registered to vehicle

commercial site: barrier and attendant on entry , barrier to be closed/locked after working hours

buy a larger safe , place vauluable items inside and lock it

closest I can get to your question , I know nothing about land

I did place some tarmac in a safe once , is that close enough for you ?

Are you feeling ok, as those random words seem to indicate you have suffered some kind of head trauma.

Both of those solutions are far too expensive.

A rising bollard system will cost many thousands of pounds, and employing an attendant to protect 10 spaces would cost even more.

So what are the sensible solutions to enable people who need to park where there are a small number of spaces, that doesn't involve the innocent party in enormous expense?

    dunno , <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

but remember , taking a photo of sa car that IS parked has not answered the question , and the truth be known , the PPC has failed in his contract to keep the land clear

perhaps if every landowner that used a PPC sued the PPc*** for every car that was on the land , then the PPC would remove cameras and put bodies on the ground

    you heard of proserve?

@Altarf. Fly-parkers are quickly eradicated, but in many instances landowner:PPC contracts are signed for 3 years. PPCs want a return on their investment. Who provides that return after all fly-parkers are gone?

Give me the answer to that, and there'll be another question coming your way.

Before that, how often do you read this forum, I note you have 2.7k posts on MSE, but don't recognise you as a regular (helpful) advisor here.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you note, I never suggest that. Just asked what someone should do to persuade people who shouldn't be parking somewhere to not park there.

I fear you struggle with economics as you continue to suggest that employing an attendant is good value to protect 10 spaces.

1: We do not know, come up the answer yourself and you have cracked it ...... wait to hear ?

2: As nobody knows and you don't know, an attendant is the best alternative. But if the economics do not suit, nothing you can do
