You are blaming the victim?
Do you really believe that the innocent recipient of obnoxious behaviour should have to pay many thousands of pounds to avoid it?
or use the proserve method , go away , return and tell me if there are any reasons not to use this method ,
might be employing an honest parking company
please understand the word "honest" does not apply to any privatly owned company that has its only form of income from there failure ,
if the PPC told people to "move in" they would go bust within a month , therefore the landowner has to pay them as STAFF with no finacial incentives , just the remit to do what they are paid for .
at this point we are back to the landowner hiring (paying) for protection , the parking bods are no longer a PPC , just employees , and trespass kicks in
(as per railways/airports etc*)

misterbarlow suggested a solution might be employing an honest parking company to charge fees to people who were not supposed to be parked there, but for some unexplained reason that didn't seem to be favoured.
Guess then your homework is to find an honest parking company
Let us know when you find one0 -

No one on here condones trespassing or parking where you shouldn't etc, but engaging any of the scamming ppc's in their present form is like putting the Krays in charge of security at Barclays.0 -

So you agree with misterbarlow, if such a thing as an honest parking managent company existed, then it would be a reasonable for them to charge a fee large enough to dissuade unauthorised parking. No one on here condones trespassing or parking where you shouldn't etc, but engaging any of the scamming ppc's in their present form is like putting the Krays in charge of security at Barclays.
So it is not the concept of charging fees to reduce the likelihood of unauthorised parking that is the problem, just the way the businesses conduct their activities.0 -

The clue is .... there is no honest parking company and if you can find one, we would all love to hear.
Until then, must leave it your hands and I guess that ends that

#1 when they are operating in a Residential Car Park they don't target residents or genuine visitors/contractors and if they do accidentally ticket them they cancel those tickets when notified by the resident.
And on that note I am off to enjoy my evening!0 -
So you agree with the concept of parking charges.
How would an honest parking company operate. What should they do and what should they not do?
This argument has been done to death over and over, if you read back three or four pages on here you will see the antics these ppc's many of which are ex clampers, some of which have criminal records, use threatening methods, bullying tactic, and closely copy documents of authorities to con victims, get up to.
Shoplifters get less hassle than an OAP whose blue badge has fallen (or been rocked) off their dashboard, and cancer wards at one hospital were on one ppc's hit list.
If you think you can find a good one in this lot good luck!0
