    Morning!

Yuck, lots of bugs going around, hope everyone is much better soon. I'm a bit blocked up too. Took decongestant last night and this morning. Feeling OK though. Just sitting down with a hot blackcurrant, these cold remedies can make you feel very dry...

Been busy this morning - vacced and dusted everywhere except den / study and conservatory. Have cleaned bathrooms properly, stripped my bed, caught up with laundry, put some bits away, emptied DW, washed breakfast things and brought the bathroom bin down.

LR still has balloons all over but I'll let them have them one more day. They still were playing with them this morning :)

Plan this afternoon is to clean out the squeaks, sort a paper hot spot and have a hh tidy in my study.

Later, kiddies have eye tests and they want to build a maze for the squeaks and put parsley in the middle :rotfl: we have lots of stuff ready for recycling so they can use that before it goes in the green bin...

No idea where the morning has gone, but I've not stopped since 6.15am

    Cat fed
    All upstairs hoovered

Went to post office to post ebay parcel, but it is shut, for 2 weeks so a 7 mile drive the next one!, still it gave me a chance to test out my new tyres.

bossymoo, I know what you mean about the balloons! It was my daughter the youngest last week, she is now 14 , previous years we have almost come o blows when I have attempted to remove birthday cards and balloons for weeks after her birthday, this year I kept the cards up three days and I took them down and in craft box and she still hasent noticed! She only had a foil ballon this year and I popped that carefully four days after. I do use them for craft purposes when I am so inclined.
Not done anywhere near as much as I should have done today. But I have a gammon joint in the slow cooker and it smells delicious.

Just in from paid stuff, so I'll stick my head round the door and say hello.

Hope your Dh has a good birthday Iona and you get his health problems sorted and mended very soon.

Sorted mils prescription out and rang her with her warfarin dosage.

Joined (rejoined actually) SW last night. It worked before, it will work again - hope I get my head round the new regime sooner rather than later.

Flying go-slow here. WM run when I got in from paid stuff, washing hanging up but it may take some time to dry... Dinner cooked, kitchen tidied, sink cleaned, shopping list written for tomorrow. The fridge is looking a bit bare at the moment. DW now running and the kitchen doesn't look too bad if you don't look closely ;)

I hope all the poorlies are feeling better. Happy birthday to Mr Iona, and I hope he got his horse piddle appointment sorted.

My library book is due back on Thursday, so I am guiltily sneaking a quick half hour read in! I really should be doing something more productive.....
