Afternoon all
It's not really a meringue lw, sort of a Disney princess meets Marilyn Monroe style. I'm allowed to post a photo after te day I'm told.
Jazee the place we went is local but it does mail order, if you are in this area I'd certainly recommend a look, the dresses were not the biggest range but stunning and not wildly expensive (£150-£1,400) the veils and accessories were very reasonable. It's stylish brides in wigston magna if you want a look

Back from a good w/e; uncle's funeral went well so thanks for your thoughts. We had a lovely time exploring Portsmouth and huge thanks to Froddington who acted as guide for us on Saturday. A slight hitch at the end; we were just walking round the marshes hoping to see some bearded tits (well, marsh fairies to me.....) when Mr N's phone rang and it was a paramedic who'd just taken MIL home after a fall in town. Thankfully apart from a bump on the head (but no sickness or other signs of concussion) she seems fine, we dropped in on our way home.
I've written a huge list of mainly paperwork-related 'stuff' I have to do in the next few days; haven't dared count the cobwebs etc but I daresay there will be some flying needed.
Hugs to those of you going through bad times; I've only really skimmed the thread.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
It's tough getting rid of the past but it does free up space for the future.0 -
