I am here, but been at work all day

I'm here as well.
Hugs and supporting vibes for all who need them, I've been in for two lots of paid stuff and flown in between, everyone's been fed, ds dropped i town for a gig, mrT visited and a large amount of money swapped for food and goods not all mine lots was mils but I'll get paid back when I take it round.
It's been put away so I'm having a cuppa and doing some stitching till it's time to pick ds up.

Just popping in quickly to say hello and goodnight. I thought I'd done something terrible when I also couldn't see anything since 10.22am!
Not a lot of flying today. Just back from picking up DD from a school performance, having a quick cuppa, then off to bed shortly.

Where did everyone go yesterday? I thought there must have been a problem with the site? Was everyone off flying busily?:D

Spare room needs a good going over as I have a guest on Tuesday night. Good excuse to do the whole top floor.

However I need to do some paid stuff first. Then a run. And I'm fairly sure there's a rather important Rugby series starting this pm. One decisions decisions. :rotfl:

DH packed off to study with lunch and strict instructions to be back for dinner. I'm not throwing out another one like I did on Thurday. I hate wasting food, but it was a Thai chicken curry with rice and had been left sitting on the counter overnight. Not risking it.

Tonight will be Sea Bass with Roasted Veg. I'm also going to bake a Chocolate Beetroot Cake. DH can take that to study day tomorrow.

Shopping done made a start on tidying got some phone calls to make then doing food before dress shopping commences.

I'm pretty much giving up this week, will try and start afresh next week I think. I completely lost my equilibrium following the terrible news about darling Jack Spaniel.
I have a meet'n'greet visit in just over half an hour, so I'm very nervous; the little dog doesn't much like men, so Mr LW has been instructed to just ignore him and not make eye contact, and wait for the dog to decide he's ok.
The meet'n'greet I did on Wednesday resulted in a booking, I'm pleased to say - another Spaniel coming for a couple of days next week.

Oh LW so sorry to hear about Jack Spaniel. I'm afraid I can only offer (((hugs))) although I'm channeling Ozzie.

It's great to hear that you are getting bookings though. Fingers crossed for a booking from this afternoon.

Don't worry about flying unless you want to. Be kind to yourself.

Still with the cough and cold here, but the shower room and bathroom have now been done, on top of the kitchen and some dysoning of dog hairs yesterday. I'll do the stairs next and then I'm going to do some sewing.

Afternoon all,

Just having quick break for a glass of water and a catch up.
This morning I stripped the bed and got it in the washer. Dw on, polished wood in bathroom and bedroom. Then I've taken the girls for their riding lesson, then we all went for a naughty lunch at a greasy spoon in town. Visited toyshop and the girls took about six hours choosing how to spend their pocket money.
I've just now done a bit of ironing, and spent an hour in the garden and round the front of the house sweeping, chopping and tidying.

LW hugs, and I hope the visit results in another booking, I'm sure it will. Relatives of ours lost their lovely cooker spaniel last year, they were devastated, as you would be. They have been looking after dogs for friends recently, to try to fill the doggy gap. They have a St Bernard puppy at the moment who is gorgeous, and huge!

Right, back to it!

Evening all. Hope you're all ok. Busy day here. DH and I went out for breakfast, I've cleaned the car and changed the bedding. Will try to get the wet stuff on the line tomorrow if we have another lovely sunny day.

Took the dogs for a couple of lovely walks too.

Doesn't sound a lot does it?!

I'll try to catch up with you all tomorrow.
