I just viewed my old e mail notifications to see what...and low and behold site shows me up to date at 5/3/20  and readings correct .
Edit...the Statement pages show February figures missing.

Presumably you mean they haven't issued a statement since January? Nothing's changed then.
If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.

I'm quite amazed how laid back these forums are about the disaster that is currently Tonik Energy.

Two directors have quit and one co-founder, their billing system is totally broken and now they've introduced exit fees, presumably to make some cash off the flood of people who must surely be leaving.

I've had email exchange with one of their advisors and honestly I think they're mentally challenged, they estimated my energy usage for over two months unbilled energy at pennies and doubled down when I pointed out that it couldn't be correct to patronisingly tell me that gas is cheaper than electricity.

They promised a statement would be made up for me.  Yesterday I found a statement in my account for a few days in January despite being dated 13 March.  It is for pennies.

I can't afford to forego my credit refund, because Tonik are just ignoring people who have left and holding onto their money, AND pay larger direct debits elsewhere, starting with no credit at this time of year, and I also can't afford exit fees.

I joined Tonik on recommendation of Moneysaving Expert Energy Club, I'm absolutely amazed that their two months of troubles are being totally ignored by people here and in authority.  I have no idea how to get away from Tonik without losing a lot of money that I don't have to lose.

I'm also very suspicious about Trustpilot reviews which are coming in to mask the amount of complaints.  There is something very wrong there.

My own experience is very similar to your own. I just cannot comprehend how, as soon as a genuine 1 star post is uploaded on to Trustpilot, it is shortly followed by a number of 2 liner generic posts praising the company to the heavens. Really disappointed that Trustpilot cannot weed these out somehow because all they succeed in doing is burying the relevant posts and creating a totally false impression for potential new customers.
Tonik's financial statements actually state that Trustpilot ratings are one of their key performance indicators and I think they must have an inhouse alert system to flag up new 1 star posts and somehow generate these completely false cringeworthy 2 liners!
Incidentally, I did complain to OFGEM about the totally insolvent status of Tonik, and their bland reply is absolutely priceless, after you have waited the 20 working days to receive it of course!!

    EDIT:
OMG!! Just signed in to tonik and i've got a bill dated "Statement Date 13 March 2020" finally.
It looks a different layout slightly so I assume they've changed their bill run software/supplier. It doesnt appear to be correct as it says my gas usage is less than £10 hmmm

I expect that your bill will be for a few days in January, if you check the content.

    Hi All
Like you, I haven't had a statement since December, although I don't think I have much of a credit balance, if any.
Do you think it is better to get your credit balance back BEFORE you switch, or switch and let the credit happen then?
Tonik look like they could every bit as rubbish as Bristol Energy were when I switched away last year!
    Thanks
    Maureen

You won't get anything back, Tonik are patently incapable of supplying a correct balance PLUS they are not refunding anyone anyway.
But they've also brought exit fees in, applicable immediately.  I bet they manage to charge for those, in the same way they're continuing to take direct debits through all this debacle.

I’m on a fixed deal for a year with no exit fees, so surely they can’t apply them now?!

Everyone was, they didn't have exit fees.  They have now introduced them and appear to be stating they apply to everyone who moves after 9 March.

Otherwise, why introduce them, no-one is going to join them now are they?

I think it's immaterial because they must surely go out of business, so sitting tight and waiting to be moved somewhere else seems the best way to ensure you don't lose any money.
