Hi there

Did you know that Virgin will unlock the phone for you FOC, if you are an existing customer and have spent some money with them already.
I had my contract mobile with them and they unlocked my pay as you go free


I dont know the amount you have got to spend before they do it, but I've just done it and got a response within 3 days of my phone call

Hi, I haven't tried unlocking the phone before now, I bought it new & only stopped using it when my OH gave me a new phone and it's been sitting in a drawer since. As I said my son's phone stopped working at the beginning of the week and that's when I remembered about my nokia. It looks as though he'll have to save & get himself a new one!

I've just tried it with my O2 sim and got the following message
sim card registration failed

if it works ok on voda then it is unlocked already
does the o2 sim work ok in other phones? if so then this phone may be blocked? does the voda sim make and receives calls ok in this one?
