The phone you have is a Dct4+ and the only way to get it unlocked is to contact your network provider/market stall or a pro unlocker.

I took my 7373 to market stall and they could not unlock it can anyone help please ? it is locked to 02 and I am not very technical!

Your phone is a BB5 which means the only way to unlock it is to contact your network provider or market stall/pro unlocker.
