bought and used on FRESH network to start with,she has been able to use it on Virgin,

no problem,but now wants to change if possible, thanks

It may be unlocked already, try it with a different network to find out.

The phone you have is a BB5 and the only way to get it unlocked is to contact your network provider/market stall or a pro unlocker.

The phone you have is a BB5 and the only way to get it unlocked is to contact your network provider/market stall or a pro unlocker.
