CPW, vodafone, o2, phones4u, tmobile (etc) shops will just tell you to phone customer services

Hi, I have used some of the links posted to unlock my nokia 6021 but can't find this model on their dropdown menus.

My IMEI is 359357009431207 and is locked to Movistar in Spain.

When I insert a sim from another network it offers me the chance to enter restriction code.

I would appreciate your help if possible please

do you want the phone to be unlocked to all networks, or have you entered the wrong PIN number (for the sim card) too many times?

I am hoping that my son (11) will use this phone. If its going to cost £15 ish to have it unlocked would I be better getting a new phone for him for a similar price or would that phone be significantly inferior to this 7250i which is appx 5yrs old ?
