To get the unlock code for your handset you will need to contact Vodafone on 08700 700 191 or 191 from a Vodafone handset. You can also contact us for this via the Vodafone online contact us form here.

If the phone is under 12 months old then there will be a charge of £19.99 including VAT for this to be done; if the phone is over 12 months old then it will be done free of charge.

It normally takes around 3 days for the code to be issued for Nokia, this can sometimes take a little longer for other manufacturers.

I have downloaded the software - but I get spooked when it doesn't work first time.

I'm not sure how many times my partner has tried to unlock it already, if it is over 5 what happens next?!

I've only just read on here that the codes we've found so far wouldn't work anyway so that was a waste of time, serves me right, I should of checked on here first!
