    I actually spoke to someone at e2save customer services today, regarding the cash back address. The reason being was that I had sent in my cash back claim by special delivery, and the Royal Mail tracking site said it would take an extra day to be delivered as it was being redirected.
    Anyway, the NEW address for cash back claims is (according to e2save customer services)... E2SAVE CLAIMS, PO BOX 8840, LOUGHBOROUGH, LE11 9EL.
    Hope this helps !!!
    ps. all thanks appreciated !!
    Rewind to my last post......
    I have just been to the Post Office to send my partners cash back claim to the Loughborough address and the Post Office clerk told me that the postcode isn't recognised!!
    I was advised not to send it to the address as it cannot be confirmed. So much for e2save giving me the new address over the phone.
    As Mobilejunkie says.... send it to the original address, even though it will be re directed, at least you know it will get there.

    I've been trawling through the numerous posts on the e2save 'price match' threads and think I have it sussed. I just want to double check when to claim, using worse case dates, so as to fall within all the T&C's. I am coming up to my 1st claim and I want to get it correct if possible.

    Phone Ordered: 21/12/07
    Orange contract started: 22/12/07
    First bill arrived: 29/12/07 (end of each month thereafter)

    From your previous information for the first claim at 120 days (adjusting details for later claims);

    120 days after phone was ordered = 19/04/08

    Next bill to arrive on 29/04/08

    Using the first bill received after this date, I should use the bill that arrives on the 29/04/08 and post it off immediately with other required documents, using special delivery, to the address on my claim form.

    This ensures my claim;

    - Shows contract has been valid for 120 days minimum (covering both 'phone ordered' & 'contract started' dates).

    - Arrives at e2save within 30 days of the 120 day point.

    - Arrvies at e2save within 30 days of given bill.

    Using the earliest date as a cut off point, 120 + 30 days from the 'phone ordered' date, my claim must arrive by the 19/05/08.

    This gives me a 20 day period for which to make my claim and comply with the worst case timeframes given by the T&C's.

    mobile junkie, sorry it turned out a bit long winded, is this correct?

    many thanks

    Quite refreshing to see someone who has read the thread and thought it all through... over to MJ, though might I add your logic seems spot on to me. When you send it, make sure you get a printout of the proof of delivery (POD) from RM's website.
    The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster! :)

    It is spot on. I agree - very refreshing! It seems some people at last understand completely - albeit more than three months after they actually stopped offering deals using those t&c! Lol!

    Dear Mobile junkie,
    In the current climate who do you think the best option is for a cash back deal.
    I have read through your posts and was thinking about E2save/ OSPS (both CPW now).
    Will be grateful for any guidance

    Cheers

    If you'd be spending nearly as much without the cashback there's not a lot to lose. If you really put in the research AND update continously after you've taken the plunge you should be ok (provided you know what you're doing in the first place - most may think they do, but don't!). I have no hesitation in grabbing deals every month for myself and my little group - but not many of those I order for would go it alone, despite having had several contracts like these with my help. One has been forced to sue - they won - and I always work on the basis that might be necessary. It rarely is IF you do things right - nonetheless, you must draw lines and defend them should it be necessary. There are also a few things I do or can do which I don't put on here. Altruism only goes SO far and I intend to protect myself and those I look after.

    By the way; OSPS IS E2Save now. Has been since last June.

    cpw shares fell 10% today after poor trading results and already falling about 20% since Christmas. I'm sure the IIC made a suitable contribution to their performance.

    MJ - any thoughts about mobileshop.com as regards safe/unsafe and their ability to wriggle out of cashback claims?

    If you're not with them don't go there. Methinks they have tried other ways to struggle on while most have folded, but are showing worrying signs again now. If you are there don't mess around extracting your money.

    As always, E2Save's new t&c are as contradictory and misleading as ever. Anyone ordering MUST tread very carefully and keep up to date by reading all the relevant threads (E2Save times God knows how many now, plus OSPS/Onestopphoneshop etc). No doubt there will continue to be at least one new thread per day in addition ot the ones which regularly get updated.

    No doubt people will be mislead into sending in the wrong bills at the wrong time etc. IF you're brave (or stupid) enough to order, make absolutely certain you follow all the groundrules on page 1 of this thread.
