I think I'll freeze it..throwing away food is too traumatic for me :o
    Good decision .......:)
    It's only the cupcake/Brownie machines I don't really use!
Yes they seem like the type of gadget that seem like a good idea at the time :D

They are just too much effort when I can bake well without. Thinking I'll probably get rid this year!

It'd break my heart and I'd remember that for months to come and beat myself up about waste.

I have a zero waste policy. If I buy it, I HAVE to eat it - and eat it all. If I can't guarantee that will happen, then I can't have it in the first place.

For me an indian is one veg biryani. That's just two meals. I deliberately never have the other goodies I'd like, of a bhaji, naan, bombay spuds ... because that's food overload.

Glad it's not just me! These others must have money to burn.

No PN I don't have money to burn by any stretch of the imagination as someone pointed out earlier we are all different and eating the same meal more than 3 times is not for me ...

Nelski you do what you need to do. You are apparently not a glutton which is a good thing! I'd have scoffed all that sauce straight away next morning with plain boiled rice until I was stuffed. Whether I needed it or not. Not very healthy...

I also hate food waste, but too often it means I eat too much / larger than I need portions. Not ideal. It would be more helpful to just get over that and bin some things.

I don't have money to burn either but hate waste so try not to, thankfully poochy takes care of "overspill" so seldom a dilemma:D. If he wasn't about I'd not hesitate to ditch food that was either past it's best or was an "end of" something that realistically I wouldn't use up if I froze it. Personally I knew I'd use a LO curry at some point hence the suggestion to freeze it. Years ago I'd just have had a larger portion which was in part the reason I was size I was at one point - hard lesson learned:)

Different strokes for different folks etc. that is what makes this thread so interesting ;)

Lol I would have too Katkin but that was Karcher not me who was asking for advice. I would have scoffed it all with chips last night :rotfl:

Agree and I dont like waste either which is why I am working through the freezer so money to burn to about as far from the truth as you can get. Personally cant remember the last time I threw food away and even the famous rubber turkey has been eaten tonight so no waste there then.:)
