We have a copy (albeit a redacted one) of the ParkingEye contract covering Montpelier Health Centre, Bristol. It's a standard ParkingEye contract document rather than one that was issued by the NHS.
The contract is between ParkingEye and NHS Property Services Ltd (i.e. the NHS body that owns approx. 10% of the whole of the NHS property portfolio across England). The contract was signed by the Health Centre Practice Manager and it's safe to say that he / she will not be an employee of NHS Property Services Ltd. There is no evidence to indicate that he / she had the authority to act for and on behalf of NHS Property Services Ltd.0 -
I think the OP should also be complaining to the local MP and get them onboard as well , they can also ask Marcus Jones about it seeing as his DCLG department are dragging their feet almost 2 years since Eric Pickles decided to try and get something done about it , plus they published documents 12 months ago and then swiftly withdrew them (as reported on parking pranksters blogsite)
plus they can copy in Jeremy Hunt and ask him if this farce should continue and why its not been implemented in full by the NHS ?
perhaps the same MP could copy in Theresa May as well due to this MCOL review that is going on too ?0
