The contract is between ParkingEye and NHS Property Services Ltd (i.e. the NHS body that owns approx. 10% of the whole of the NHS property portfolio across England). The contract was signed by the Health Centre Practice Manager and it's safe to say that he / she will not be an employee of NHS Property Services Ltd. There is no evidence to indicate that he / she had the authority to act for and on behalf of NHS Property Services Ltd.
Sorry to sound stupid But what does this mean then?0 -

The contract is ParkingEye's Supply Agreement for Car Park Management - Basic and has an initial 3 year term from a commencement date of 2nd April 2015 (i.e. after the Department of Health first published its guidance on NHS patient, visitor and staff car parking).
This Guidance includes instruction that:- NHS organisations are responsible for the actions of private contractors who run car parks on their behalf.
- NHS organisations should act against rogue contractors in line with the relevant codes of practice where applicable.
- Contracts should not be let on any basis that incentivises additional charges, eg ‘income from parking charge notices only’.
There are two car parks at Montpelier - a main visitors' car park and a small staff and blue badge car park directly outside the entrance to the health centre. Which one does ParkingEye's PCN refer?0 - NHS organisations are responsible for the actions of private contractors who run car parks on their behalf.

"I have an outstanding parking ticket from parking eye dated May 2015"

I always parked In the visitors carpark bit. I have found out and posted already that I typed my reg correctly and that the fine is for over staying the 90 minute mark(that I did not know existed) while attended BF the surgery with my partner who was unwell and needed blood tests after their doctors appointment(I only know this as the practice manager told me this on the phone- it wasn't till later that my partner said to me that was a breech in confidentiality in itself). this is the ticket they are chasing but she claimed I have another ticket that is outstanding from a time I didn't know PE there and had a double appointment st the surgery with my mental health worker. That was sorted out and PE said it was cancelled but now all of a sudden I have two separate tickets. Both from 2015, both when visiting my doctors surgery for being very unwell0 - NHS organisations are responsible for the actions of private contractors who run car parks on their behalf.
