That bit's been redacted, along with several other sections such as Cancellations by the Customer.0

ahh , thanks but why would the times stated on a signed contract be redacted, is it possible that PE have altered the times and they are different to the ones originally agreed and signed
just a wild , off the wall thought , I might even be wrong

How can I get proof that their timings are even correct? As the times the manager confirmed with PE in an email don't even mean knwent over the 90 mins? Although on the first appointment after the dr appointment I had a 60 min appointment with my mental health worker that is not included in the times she states. Here is the email:
'..........is asking for a copy of the contract between us and Parking Eye as she believes that we can request a ticket be cancelled up until a case is taken to court. I have informed her that I am not aware of this being the case but that I would pass this onto my manager. My manager has informed me that I should ask you for advice and to confirm if this is true or not. Can you please inform me on this?
Can you also inform me weather I can have a copy of our contract with yourself and If I can send this onto the patient? My manager has said that the patient will need to have their solicitor request this as he is not happy to pass our private contract onto a third party unless this is done through proper channels.
I would however like to confirm the patients appointment time and dates with you for your records (below) and I have given this same information to the patient as they have requested this, as is their right to do so.
29.5.15 – I can confirm that the patient was visiting our service on this date and had a GP appointment with Dr Patel. She arrived at 15.24 and left at 15.54.
17.9.15 – I can confirm that the patients partner was here seeing Dr Patel and was requested to see a nurse beforehand to have some investigative tests. Her partner arrived at 10.59 and left at 12.08.'0 -
How on earth do they know how long you were there at the Clinic, to the minute?
For example, even if your partner ''arrived at 10.59 and left at 12.08'' surely they are only talking about the time with the nurse, then Dr Patel. So unless they tracked his movements (sorry about the pun!) how do they know if your partner wasn't also in the toilet after that, or sitting having a rest in the waiting area before feeling up to getting back in the car? How the heck can the Clinic know...they do not.
I have to say that email to ParkingEye was the weakest wet-wipe email from a client to a parking firm I've read in a long time. For the love of God they seem to have no backbone or care for the vulnerabilities of certain patients and NO IDEA about the 'User Manual' that ParkingEye will have given them - they provide one to all clients - which allows them to cancel charges.
They are the principal, PE are merely their agent and should not even be on site due to this regime being banned by the Government, so why she had to write such a pathetic 'please and thankyou kindly' pile of drivel to this aggressive company who have no place anywhere near their patients, I have no idea.
And how DARE she then write the email she did telling you get lost and seek legal advice - boy oh boy, that clinic deserve to be sued for this....disability discrimination and DPA breach spring to mind because they should never have let PE on site, never have let PE be in a position to obtain their patients' data AT ALL.
No NHS patients data should be handed to parking firms operating outside the NHS parking policy set by the Government and this pathetic clinic signed that awful agreement in 2015. Utterly unforgivable.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If I knew how believe me I would sue them!! Right now I just want theses bullies to leave me alone and cancel the tickets. Once that's done I want to know how I can take this further. She's already admitted that they have taken patients to court but I will not be one of them who goes down without a fight0 -

Apparently I over stayed the 90 minute stay. This is what parking Eye told the manager and she told me. I've never had a letter saying this. After the doctors it is possible that my partner may have went to the chemist that is in the car park also that may have bumped the time up to 90 mins. Who knows. But one things for sure and that is that they can not prove exactly what times I was there and wasn't so unless they have video evidence how alcan they TELL me how long I was there?0 -

I've just seen this on the surgery website. It was added two months after the first ticket I received. There was no texts sent out or a letter to my address with all this info0 -

Coupon-mad wrote: »That's true. OK so if they offer long appointments like your partner's one, seeing the nurse then the GP who gives them a prescription after over an hour, do they then expect the patient to RUSH TO THE CAR AND LEAVE rather than go to the Chemist to get that prescription medication at the Pharmacy, which often involves a wait? Of course people like you are going to be on site over 90 minutes in such circumstances.
If they sue you I will help to write you a counter-claim based on my musings earlier:
Thank you so much for your Help0
