the fact that they may not reply is not the point , the point is to show any judge that you tried to resolve these matters and that means a paper trail

ever watch Judge Rinder on ITV , in the afternoons ?

he always asks for PAPER , ie EVIDENCE , in writing , or emails , or texts, and when somebody has proven to have IGNORED those emails etc then it usually goes badly for them , especially when they have been dragged into court

so if you do send these emails and keep a record of them, they can and will be submitted as showing that you tried to deal with matters in a reasonable and correct manner

if they choose to IGNORE these emails and letters, then that will help your case in the future , but does not change the fact that you should do as we say if it sounds reasonable

so if they choose to IGNORE your rights, it will be worse for them in the future, but you must stand up for your rights regardless if it falls on deaf ears

these people think they are gods , they arent , they are public servants getting paid government money to do their jobs , which they tend to fail on all the time (how many times do you see these trusts and hospitals in the news over their failings ?)

Ok I will email them now. I may actually go down there tomorrow morning as I need to pick up a script anyways so while I'm there I may ask to speak with the senior manager face to face

ps:- we had a local doctor who though he was above the law !! he wasnt !!!!!

    name ? HAROLD SHIPMAN

and as mentioned above, only ask about the ones being chased, not any others , so no confusion exists

and please remember , these things have toi be in writing , speaking to people doesnt really help in any court case, its WRITING on PAPER (or emails or texts etc) that really count , not phone calls or verbal meetings

I've wrote this but not sent it. Is it ok? And BOTH tickets have been passed on to equita. 2x £160 they are chasing! With the last one offered to be reduced to £100 if paid in a few days time

Please can you ad my vehicle VRM (reg details) to the "whitelist" of exempt vehicles that you give to Parking Eye , due to the difficulties I face with processing signs and written information. under the EA2010 it would be considered an appropriate decision. I no longer drive but my partner(my carer) drive me around as my anxiety is so severe I can not travel on public transport( check my medical records). I feel this will be a reasonable adjustment to prevent future tickets as clearly anything i do is not right and I don't have the mindset to understand your proper procedures in the carpark. It is the law that you make reasonable adjustments under the equalities act 2010.

Please hear me also when I tell you that this is have a very detrimental effect on my mental Health and my mood is very low because of the threats I am receiving from parking eye and the fact my own surgery are not doing all they can to help me. I'm sorry I was u well at the time of the tickets and didn't follow the appeal procedure in the 4 weeks you say I didn't and that I wasn't aware of the 90 minutes maximum stay. Having adhd and dyslexia means I find it hard to process a lot of Information around me at once and I'm sorry I did not see any signs about this. When you have two appointments and perceptions to collect 90 mins will obviously be exceeded an

    seems reasonable to me

due to your condition you have some errors in it, sorry to say , but you need an N in unwell as it is a crucial word in the text above

    like this
I'm sorry I was unwell at the time of the tickets
a bit pedantic and I too seem to suffer a mild form of dyslexia, so am always correcting my own errors , so I apologise in advance for picking this up

also add needs another d (near the beginning) , just trying to be helpful to you and I am not criticising at all, maybe wait for any other members to add their thoughts before submitting it later today ?

best wishes , and bear in mind coupon-mad will steer you right on this , better than any solicitor could (not to say other members who are adding things dont have valid points , because they almost all do)

    regards

I wouldn't worry, it will add pressure on both the surgery and PE.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ok that's good then. What about the fact that they confirmed it wasn't because of a thong error but that I didn't follow the proper appeal procecer for the first ticket? It was appealed but not properly apparently even thini was told over the phone it was cancelled ages ago. I thought the typo was for the second fine as that was the only reason I could think of for the ticket as I always get the reg wrong but it turned out it was for over staying the 90 minutes
