Apparently I over stayed the 90 minute stay. This is what parking Eye told the manager and she told me. I've never had a letter saying this. After the doctors it is possible that my partner may have went to the chemist that is in the car park also that may have bumped the time up to 90 mins. Who knows. But one things for sure and that is that they can not prove exactly what times I was there and wasn't so unless they have video evidence how alcan they TELL me how long I was there?

we know they are blabbing about several tickets (attempt to confuse you?) and saying we let you off

a "senior person" (joke) has stated how long you were on site for ,

(29.5.15 She arrived at 15.24 and left at 15.54.= 30 mins

17.9.15 Her partner arrived at 10.59 and left at 12.08.'= 69 mins)

please will you email parking eye (not equita) and simply say in your own words

ticket Number (the one that equita are chasing - no others)

please would you be good enough to foward a copy of the Notice to keeper sent for this ticket , along with the date , time and photographic evidence

my full name and address are

at the moment you are fighting a debt collection company who have 3rd hand info that is being bandied around several layers of NHS who are in preserve mode

as per your post above and my reply , I cannot see a 90 min overstay , however I can see a stay of 60+ mins ,

parking eye cameras operate on entry/exit times (at the gate) , and the keypad starts a 90 min timer , if you exceed 90 mins the clock has stopped and a ticket is issued .

when this is over I would also be making a serious complaint that the surgery seem to have been discussing both your medical history and the nature of appointments to a non NHS company

lets see what the copy NTK looks like , and how close it is to the statement made by the surgery

    love the surgery website :

Should you receive a parking charge notice from ParkingEye, please note that staff at Montpelier Health Centre are not able to deal with these.

Please be assured that ParkingEye will consider all appeals fairly under guidance set out by the Health Centre. Any motorists who have their initial appeal rejected can appeal further through the independent POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) process.

How can I get proof that their timings are even correct? As the times the manager confirmed with PE in an email don't even mean knwent over the 90 mins? Although on the first appointment after the dr appointment I had a 60 min appointment with my mental health worker that is not included in the times she states. Here is the email:

'..........is asking for a copy of the contract between us and Parking Eye as she believes that we can request a ticket be cancelled up until a case is taken to court. I have informed her that I am not aware of this being the case but that I would pass this onto my manager. My manager has informed me that I should ask you for advice and to confirm if this is true or not. Can you please inform me on this?

Can you also inform me weather I can have a copy of our contract with yourself and If I can send this onto the patient? My manager has said that the patient will need to have their solicitor request this as he is not happy to pass our private contract onto a third party unless this is done through proper channels.

I would however like to confirm the patients appointment time and dates with you for your records (below) and I have given this same information to the patient as they have requested this, as is their right to do so.

29.5.15 – I can confirm that the patient was visiting our service on this date and had a GP appointment with Dr Patel. She arrived at 15.24 and left at 15.54.
17.9.15 – I can confirm that the patients partner was here seeing Dr Patel and was requested to see a nurse beforehand to have some investigative tests. Her partner arrived at 10.59 and left at 12.08.'

Pappa Golf, Cassfrow states that on the first occasion she had a 60 minute appointment with her mental health worker which the Admin Manager hasn't included in her email to ParkingEye.

Just emailed them. The times stated are the times that the manger have. I most probably arrived early for the appointment. It's not unusual for me to for get times and be there a little early or late
So either way I was only parked in the carpark as I was using it as a patient of the surgery and that should be all the info they need. Instead they continue to harass and threaten me

Yes I was definitely there for longer than 30mins on that occasion. They are not chasing me for the overstay on that one but simply parking there at all!!!

apart from all the other issues raised in this thread (which are abominable) , your vehicle VRM (reg details) should be added by the surgery to the "whitelist" of exempt vehicles that the surgery or NHS give to Parking Eye , due to the difficulties you face and under the EA2010 it would be considered an appropriate decision (I have just had something similar done by ASDA for parking on their car parks, which are mainly watched by the same company , Parking Eye

email them (and copy in Parking Eye) and ask them to put your vehicle on a "whitelist" due to the Equality Act 2010 as "reasonable adjustments" under that law (and it is a law , not just guidance) - written by parliament and goes back to the DDA1995 and the later DDA2005 laws , which the EA2010 swallowed up and expanded upon

ie:- prevention is better than cure and it will also help if these fools issue a court case

The surgery have already said they will not talk to me now unless a solicitor contacts then about this matter. I honestly don't know how long I can remain calm without kicking off now as they are stressing me out when they know I struggle to control my mood as it is and I feel I've already done everything I can and they still continue to hassle me. I feel the manager doesn't care and that really bothers me

the fact that they may not reply is not the point , the point is to show any judge that you tried to resolve these matters and that means a paper trail

ever watch Judge Rinder on ITV , in the afternoons ?

he always asks for PAPER , ie EVIDENCE , in writing , or emails , or texts, and when somebody has proven to have IGNORED those emails etc then it usually goes badly for them , especially when they have been dragged into court

so if you do send these emails and keep a record of them, they can and will be submitted as showing that you tried to deal with matters in a reasonable and correct manner

if they choose to IGNORE these emails and letters, then that will help your case in the future , but does not change the fact that you should do as we say if it sounds reasonable

so if they choose to IGNORE your rights, it will be worse for them in the future, but you must stand up for your rights regardless if it falls on deaf ears

these people think they are gods , they arent , they are public servants getting paid government money to do their jobs , which they tend to fail on all the time (how many times do you see these trusts and hospitals in the news over their failings ?)

AND get your local M.P. involved too !!!!!!!!!!!!

    they wont ignore an M.P.
