not a chance of either , it will be , we have "reconsidered etc etc

so you now bring a claim against them for breach of DPA , PE for getting your info and the surgery for passing your (at the time)( personal info on

I think you may get help , if you wish to continue , however I would wait for the copy NTK to be sent to you first

you must protect yourself by keeping ALL THE PAPERWORK, for 6 years

get a folder and file everything in it and keep it safe

dont read them if it stresses you out , get a carer or helper to do it for you , but KEEP ALL THE PAPERWORK, this is why we are getting you to generate the paperwork , to protect YOU

only a FOOL would throw them in the BIN , and YOU are not a fool , you are "disabled" like me , so dont let the able bodied win

I know it's quiet easy to use and that's how I found this forum. I was asking as someone might have had a personal email as emails on websites tend to be read by staff first then sorted through by priority!

I have got the most recent letters and a few from last year but the ones they say they sent in 2015 I do not have as I was unwell then and had piles of mail unopened and some PE letters I did open have been misplaced. Some letters they say they sent I have never received

no problem, these are the ones you are asking for copies of , which you are perfectly entitled to do

once you get them , file them with all the other paperwork and emails etc, plus keep all future paperwork, even if you dont read them , just DO NOT BIN THEM , you will regret binning paperwork and cause yourself more hassle getting duplicates , so please do not bin paperwork like these in future

Thank you for your help just heard back from the MP and she has forwarded my email to the correct MP and assure me someone will contact me shortly.

I will file all paperwork and emails from now on

excellent , please note you are doing a good job so far so dont let it get you down , its a challenge to overcome , so with all the help you are getting and the people you are contacting it should bear fruit sometime in the next few weeks or months , at the moment you are planting the seeds and later you should reap the harvest , but it all takes time (like gardening)

Yea I have to think of it like this. Sometimes I just want to blank it out but I know it just causes more hassle in the long run. Hopefully it will be sorted soon. Thank you again for your help
