To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (Photobucket or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've got a few posts under their belt and have been a member for period of time.

Oh I thought it would be easier to upload copies of letters her but it's ok. I will keep them safe in my drawer till I need them. Thank you for your reply

yes it would be but MSE do not allow this site to be used to host files, so you should do as umkomaas says and use tinypic or photobucket to host pictures or scans , then link to them in your replies as is necessary at the time (or if you need to do so) - but redact personal info and references and VRM details etc first (no need to give any more sc@mmers your details , whoever they may be)

Ok let's see if I've done this right. I've uploaded a few letters I've come across I have more and some they say they sent I've never received. I have to be honest and say I do not remember ever reading the letters from DRP I do remember having a heated telephone conversation with one of the rude staff though. These letters are for both tickets and I have some duplicates but the reference numbers are the different but at the time I thought they was chasing the first ticket that I already thought had been cancelled.

I couldn't be certain at the time of posting as there was a guy I was advising a couple of months back who'd rattled up a good few posts in the time he'd been a member of just a few days. I suggested he had more than enough posts under his belt to upload without problem, but it wouldn't allow him. We came to the conclusion that there was both a number of posts and member time qualifications before getting uploading privileges.

As Cassfrow has been only a member for 5 days I presumed that while she would qualify for uploading privilege on the number of posts, she would be frustrated by only having been a member for 5 days.

Anyway, a bit academic now as she's managed to get them uploaded directly to the thread.
