Afternoon all,
Foxgloves, good to hear you are starting to feel better.
Katy, Glad to hear you had a decent night.
Dnms, I freeze chorizo and then slice off just what's needed
Todays list from me
* Kids had crackers for breakfast instead of toast as I was running late, they loved it and asked for the same again tomorrow - on the last packet of our xmas mountain of crackers
* Met with a friend for our monthly cuppa & cake/catchup/therapy session!spent £5.50 but was in there for 3 hrs!
* Whilst there I popped into m&s to return some shirts dh had ordered which we weren't keen on the quality of once they'd been delivered, I also took back a present I'd bought on their online sale as when it came I thought on that my niece will be 14 next xmas and this was maybe a bit young for her. Will be able to put together a similar style hamper but with products she actually uses for less money I think. so that was £67.50 back to us
* Check banking/spreadsheets
* Radiator shuffle before they go on this evening
* Set the dishwasher on a quick wash
* Iron only what "needs" doing, hang the rest straight away
* [STRIKE]Won't take my purse with me to the kids swimming lessons tonight so that I can't get anything from the vending machine[/STRIKE] changed this weeks swimming to Thursday as I need to be there to pick my niece up anyway
* All meals from stores, kids having jacket, beans some leftover stuffing and pork, we'll finish off the stew with a jacket spud
* Make families lunches for tomorrow
Will add more later.
** Made fairy cakes to use up some butter and make the kids smile!
** As the food pro was out and messy from ^^ decided to make a crumble topping and popped it in the freezer for a quick Sunday lunch dessert
** Done reading and homework with the kids, now getting them to pair up the dry socks and put away
** Got up to date on all paper work and shredded what I could so that it can all go out in the paper waste for collection in the morning
** Got meatballs out of the freezer ready for tomorrow nights meal, will make the sauce to go with it tomorrow. Also amended my freezer list accordingly
** Contacted my mobile sim provider to see if I could get the same deal if hubby switched to them as his contract is due for renewal, I currently pay £2.50ish less but have a lot more data, they don't still offer my deal but the one they do offer would still save us 90p a month not much but he'd get more data then his current package and if I go through tcb we'd maybe get £40 cb. He's going to do an online chat with his current supplier and see what they will do to try and keep him now.
Have a good day all.

Bob, I can't work from home as I need access to the server, sadly. It was okay in my last ML cover position as I could just opt to do pic research from home but alas not here
Afternoon all!
Today has been a NSD so far but I do need to pay for and print out a couple of Hermes labels.
Lunch was a tin of soup, breakfast was a cup of tea and some free biscuits.
Tonight I need to wash and iron the duvet set I've just sold before posting. It's clean but it will be nicer to send it smelling freshly laundered
I plan to finally get around to cooking the courgette and salami past tonight, I WILL NOT buy pizza even though it is 2 for Tuesday
If I get home early enough I will ring eBay about the idiot buyer to get my FVF back and will push to get their feedback removed too. I was going to just leave it but they've proven to be so idiotic now I think I have a good case for getting it removed.

Hi everyone what a brilliant thread. I have subscribed and look forward to adding a few bits and bobs to it. Can anyone advise me of what sites to use for the Survey's as id like to try bring in a few extra pounds each month if possibly without it impacting on my family life. Tia xx0

I only do them when I have spare time and don't make a lot from them. Yougov is probably the most straightforward as when you do a survey you get your points but for me its taken a year to get to the £50 payout. the others often I get screened out after sometime a couple of questions others can screen me out after 10+minutes which drives me mad!Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.

Hello!
I'm popping in again this week.. I tend to flit in and out. I must remember to keep posting.
I've had a busy morning.. posted about this in my diary. I've literally not stopped.
This afternoon I've managed to muster up a lamb sausage casserole sort of dish. To be honest I've just winged it and added whatever I could find. It tastes yummy though and was quick to make. It looks very filling.
I've a few more bits to do the rest of the day.
- Pick up my grandads prescription and drop off to him.
- Take out 1/2 of tiger bread from freezer to defrost ready for tea. Will leave other half of loaf in freezer for another time.
- Do the boys reading and homework.
- Play some games with the boy.
- Drink 4 glasses of water.
- Have the boy bathed and bedtime by 7.30pm. We need to get back into a routine although bedtime will be waived on a Thursday as he has lesson practice at 8pm. He's pretty energetic though and this won't be forever.
- Send off query regarding my mums PPI. Long story but last time they claimed they had no record of her- turns out they'd spelt her name wrong so will chase up.
- Look at possible bank accounts to switch too with incentives/bonuses.
- Sort out my meds into a pot for the next week ahead. (Since doing this I have become so much better at taking medication, I'm pretty proud of myself)
Aside from that I hope to have an early night myself. My sleep has been rather skew-wiff lately.
I hope everyone has a good day!Chandelier.

I've checked banking  and PAD to savings
Daily jobs done
Meals from stores
Not a nsd as I needed to get milk.
Marked a set of books! :jNot giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Evening all
Quick check in from me, too
Today's list:
Dog walks x 2
Heating on in 1 room downstairs, only because DD came round with her friend's baby (friend is in hospital with baby's twin who is poorlyand baby's dad had an exam this morning, so DD was babysitting). Baby is at the crawling and trying to stand up stage, so was racing around after him - you soon forget, don't you :rotfl: Managed to prevent him tipping out the dog's water and eating the dog's food  The dog didn't mind, but baby's mum probably would have done :rotfl:
Post office with today's ebay parcels. Had a word with the manager about my recent concerns re the business service I subscribe to, and she promised to keep an eye
Sold one item so far today
Bits from fridge for lunch
Made a stir fry to use up more bits from the fridge for dinner
Trip to Mr S as I needed several things (I have been putting this off for several days), also bought a frozen turkey as big ones were reduced to just £8, obviously reduced as they were Christmas stock, but really good value, loads of meals thereThey had loads, and I would have bought another if I had room in the freezer, but I don't at the moment.
Went to sales unit while out, my 'sale' is doing quite well (various tat for £1 a pop) and I will need to sort out more bits to take down
OH fetched the items that we bought at auction at the weekend, most of those are on the way up to the loft. I have a beautiful Chinese chest / blanket box in the middle of the lounge floor impersonating a coffee table, waiting for DS to appear so I don't have to help OH lug it up the stairs.Note to self - STOP buying blanket boxes (I love them!)
Still to do:
Lots of business paperwork - probably won't get done tonightDone :T
Tea loaves to makeOH promised one to the community group he is involved with, for a fundraising function, and he wants to take it tomorrow, so best get on and make them! Done

FVD Glad today was better for you.
Lucky lady crackers are DS's favourite breakfast too. I am happy with that as if we are running late he can take them with him easily. And if he leaves any here I often just pop it in a snack pot for DD. It takes her about 45 minutes to eat a cracker, perfect for most of our errands
Foxgloves So glad you are on the mend.
Dawn I hope the poorly twin is better soon" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Welcome to the thread Brunette
I use ipoll, I've downloaded the app on my phone so I can do it when I'm on the train and sometimes do one whilst I'm sitting with my DD when she goes to bed.Competition wins £14,136.30[\COLOR]0 -
