Raining cats and dogs in SE London but no sign of snow (so far so good, cross fingers). Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

It's been raining heavily since mid morning here in south Hampshire and it's just beginning to drop flakes of snow, enough to show on the front lawn. Still mainly rain though so unless it gets appreciably colder it won't lay.0

No Snow in the Medway towns , but raining heavily and a lot of surface water lying about. Debating whether to go out tonight or not. Will see later . Have adult ed tonight but tutor comes up Bluebell hill.
Temp at the moment 5C so not freezing yet.0 -
Well, it's just reached the Isle of Wight. Not settling on the roads but a good covering on the lawn and bins, and on the doormat when DS2 opened the door to show Pickle what snow looks like. The winds are fairly brisk but I don't think that anyone will be making snowmen tonight.
I am thinking of JackieO on the M25. Hope she's OK. Brave lady. I wouldn't drive on it on a warm, dry, sunny day never mind on a dark, windy, snowy night.
Let us know when you get back safely Jackie.

Rain has stopped in Swansea. If it freezes tonight, it will be treacherous in the morning0

The rain has turned to sleet here in Surrey - too wet to settle though.0

Thick enough now the snow plough has been down, and still snowing
Seen it worse, think the plough is out only because the road is being used for a major diversion0
