Big (((hugs))) to Dizzy. I hope that they can find out what's wrong with Mutley and get him on the right meds quickly.mummy2threeboys wrote: »Btw is your user name after the very frugal pensioner lady Iona?
I have re-jigged the loft space and packed away all the decorations.
Also decluttered GP surgery visit - my BP is surprisingly low, considering our timewasting horse piddle visit - and then cooked a tasty tea0 -

Hugs all round.........
I went to hosp today, nothing broken thank goodness, so I'll just have to be patient and hobble round on the crutches while I heal.
Dailies done
Managed to dust all round today top to bottom, apart from highest curtain poles as still too sore to reach that high.
Kitchen all WU, DU and PA. Bunkers all disinfected. Shiny sink and drainer. Did the bicarb and vinegar fizz to the plug-hole.
Spanish lessons done - now only one week behind.
Hope you all have a super Tuesday

Morning All
Up at silly o'clock again with a pounding headache and sore throat, so I'm about to dose myself up again. Got a friend coming round today for a catch up (I have warned her we are lurgy infested!), have a zillion laundry loads to do and am also volunteering for a couple of hours this morning.
Will go read the list now. Mumof2 - wishing your DH enormous luck x
Dizzy - hope Boydog had a settled night? x
Back later, big hugs all round xx

Morning all,
Can I go back to bed?
Sorry I've not read back yet, but high-5s, hugs, sticks and spoons as required.
This morning I've to go collect something then I'm back to my desk for a few hours. I think my kitchen needs a bit of attention too...
:coffee: first in the hope it will Rev me up a bit...Bossymoo

Thanks for the good luck wishes for J - his interview is at 10 so keep looking at my watch already .... got a feeling it could be a long day and he won't even know today will he so got to be patient.
ATB sorry you're still feeling rough; are you sure you're up to volunteering this morning?
Dancemum and all the others affected by the lurgy; sending warm drinks for you to sip, cosy blankets for you to wrap yourselves up in and go away lurgy vibes. Oh, if only it were so simple!
Hope your coffee works; I'm doing the same thing Bossy!
Got a load in the WM and DW after taking Whiz for a walk then straight onto paid stuff. Catch you later x
ps does it count as decluttering if I've just scoffed some shortbread biscuits my friend made which were going past their best? They were only tiny but I had 3.Save

Yes you can, Bossy.
(((Hugs))) Mumto5. Your Sunday when your OH was unwell sounded horrendous and disheartening. You'll crack if you have to do everything. Surely the skids are old enough to see what needs doing to help you out?
(((Hugs))) Ionafan. Your extended wait in hospital would frustrate a saint. I hope your OH's health improves signficantly without much more need of intervention but even I know that's unlikely. Good luck with next Monday, and jollly well done on the assignment that you spent so much time working on (I think) and the bloodpressure result.
Narco, I've no idea what gets into MiL's heads saying what they do. (((Hugs)))
Good luck with Boy Dog's vet's visit today, Dizzy. Sometimes things aren't as bad as we fear. (((Hugs)))
Both the shower room and the bathroom had a real drubbing prior to guests staying in our room on Friday night so fortunatetly for me I've done most of the list already which is a bit of a relief after yesterday's efforts. I'll swish and swipe both just to stay on top of them and get on with what I was supposed to do yesterday which didn't get done because I was too busy flying.Better is good enough.0 -
Good morning everybody. I am way behind and will be until granddaughter goes home at lunchtime. DH home all day yesterday, madam this morning makes life difficult! I have however done two wash loads and dishwasher and put away ad made the beds ,also had Tesco delivery, mostly been put away. Also paid online bills. Dizzy Hugs , hope doggy is ok and all goes well today xx
have a bit of a grr moment. My brother asked if "he" could stay at my house as he has a court case (custody battle) very near to me and quite early in the am I said yes . Now I found out that, it's not just him but his wife and the baby. So I will now have to change my bedding, then change it again after they sleep in it (do other people do that) . Where do I put the baby, (10 months) mum won't let her sleep in the bed with her . I have to feed them all lunch x2 dinner x2 and breakfast and moneys very tight. I will have to hide all my stuff somewhere as brother as been know to be very nosy..AND light fingered! Mum wants to go shopping, I have stuff to do (I also Home ed my elder two) . I said I would take care of the baby so she can go alone but won't go alone. I can't let them sleep on the blow up mattress can I ? I really struggle having people around me (Bad anxiety) even just being with someone other than kids and hubby for more than an hour is upsetting. When Did "I" become "we"..changes the game completly. Plus I will have to deal with ex sis shouting abuse at me when I see her (bump into her lots) even though I keep a distance and never get involved. all because of my brother..familys can be so complex.
Sorry for my rant..i'm sure there is a way around it .
Onwards and upwards..work to do.
Hugs to all and blessings for a good day xCompers challenge 27/70
