Just back in from paid stuff, lol day but week has flown!
Just making a veggie shepherds pie for tea then I'll do a bit of s&sing.

[STRIKE]then will join him for a bit of flying[/STRIKE] actually quite a lot of flying; it didn't look that dirty but once we got going, it was like a 'before and after' advert for cleaning materials. Her Kitchen is now totally sparkly including inside drawers and cupboards

Back for a bit of lunch, then back out again to pick up MIL and go to H0mebase, B&Cue, Carpet1ght, Dune1m followed by Ald1. MIL in very good form, exclaimed "but you don't like housework" and thanked me profusely.

Now exhausted, in pink fluffy onesie with sausages, mashed veg and beans cooking to slump in front of the TV.

Well I've done shocking this week...followed it Monday and then not really sure what happened after that. Not that I haven't been cleaning, but just not following Flylady. Aargh...try again next week!

I'm a bit late to the party today.
Dizzy - so pleased that Muttley is okay
Yesterday afternoon's snow froze to treacherous ice last night so that going out this morning was not fun. We all got to and from work and school okay, but very little done on the flying front. It did look very pretty this morning though!
WM run, HHI done, bedroom done yesterday so I seem to have some how managed some of the list!

Snow that was here early this morning, has gone, very cold and windy here.

MrsMP the coast is taking a real battering tonight from the storm surge......there is going to be a lot of damage, when it receids.

Never mind bibbetybob we've all been there done that xxx (me also this week )

Just packaged up an eBay sale - something I've not worn in 10+ years. It made £22 :eek: was paid immediately so that's ready for posting and I've used the PayPal credit to buy some cupcake toppers and party bags / tubs for DS party. Figured I'd better get started...

I'll make the cake topper myself so will need some white fondant icing and maybe some grey / black plus some smarties. I also need some black craft paper and extra cling film for a couple of games I have in mind... Lol

Flying wise, I've caught up with our laundry. Bathrooms are clean. Beds are clean. Floors are vacced. Kitchen hasn't been put to bed tonight, supper stuff lying around but I'll deal with it in the morning. Pile of CS clothes has been taken. Things starting to get back under control after all the festivities.

Think one of his presents will be a kit-shaped card with an IOU to take him to choose a replica kit - he doesn't really know what he wants

Ooo! A card! I usually get one made up from the moony piggy place...

Fly ladies shouldn't ever feel they've failed...when real life gets in the way flying takes a back seat...but we'll soon be back on track. Me personally, I'm just thrilled with my clean fridge.

Thank you Valli and bossymoo. We got carpets fitted upstairs this week so my focus has been on building my little ones bedroom...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it lol.

The house does feel like it's stacking up around me at the mo, so I might try and get some level ones caught up on over the weekend at least.

I've cleaned my fridges today too - that's about all I have done!

But I have had an idea about how to fit another bookshelf into the study bedroom. Tomorrow I shall play hunt-the-saw...
