Yesterday was the first day since 22nd December when we didn't have any one staying. Also OH went back to work. I have decided to use this week to gradually get us back into routines and start some new ones.
Yesterday was a NSD and we used up bits and pieces that had been lurking in the freezer for months. I renewed our library loans that were due. Next batch of loans due back on Monday, hopefully we will of finished some by then so they can be returned.
Today's plans:
NSD
RMS
FPL
Ashleigh
B/L/D from stores
Set DW and WM to run over night
HWB's for children's beds tonight
Free entertainment for me and children
Educate children for free
Turn off lights and appliances not in use
PAD
Tidy house = tidy mind
Schedule January's lessons
Maintain the area's of the house that are under control- living room, landing, stairs
Spend 15 minutes working with dd on her room
Sweep downstairs
Keep 4 email accounts up to date
Delete 50 emails from an email account that is not yet sorted
Very cold here today, think I'll be lighting the stove soon, remembering to put the kettle on top for free hot water.
Like the "under control" comment! I need a few of those!Competition wins £14,136.30[\COLOR]0 -
Hi all
Quiet day on the MS front as at work
- took homemade soup to work
- NSD for me although DH got a few bits (Milk, fruit) to save me from going
- FPL
- Listed a Christmas pressie on Facebook that can't return
Think that's it, LP xCompetition wins £14,136.30[\COLOR]0 -
Evening everyone
:hello:
Well, day 2 at work and I've been rushed off my feet. It really hasn't taken long to feel as though I've never been away. Don't think I'll get any knitting or crochet done tonight because I just really want a good night's sleep because I already have loads of work that I need to do so I need to be reasonably fresh for tomorrow...
Anyway, being busy means another nsd, plus I've checked my banking and done PAD to savings...
Remembered my packed lunch for work :j
Did all of my daily housework jobs
Read Martin's email
Full day of teaching plus after school meeting
That doesn't look like much at all but I swear I've never stopped.
Katy ann - hope your little fella is on the mend soon. It's hard when you can't help them...Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Gosh Ziggy, sending healing thoughts your way too xxx
Got a few small things done today
* sw@gbucks done although annoyingly I can't get to daily goal as I've been disqualified from every single survey I've tried today and I'm not signing up to some gambling website just for points ^o)
* met friend at a nature reserve - we did actually go to the cafebut I only spent £5.30 for tea, cake AND lunch so not too bad
* free kettlebells exercises
* had veggie sausage, mash and green beans for tea - freed up some space in the freezer for yesterday's leftover pizza dough, and we now have a pan of leftover mash which I'll top a cottage pie with tomorrow night :j
* picked up a couple of DIY-related bits we need for cheap - will get on the case tomorrow.
Not done banks today but I'll do that first thing tomorrow I think.
Hope you all sleep well xx0
