    Morning all.
Special *fingers crossed* thoughts for Mr and Mrs Iona fan.
Shall have a morning pottering, ironing and listwriting before heading off to the paid stuff.
If you have any older children watch Kayleigh's love story, then watch it with them. Its too strong for me to use at work, but so important that they grasp how devious these people are, trickling into the minds of others.

    Morning all.

Hugs for Mr & Mrs Ionafan, and hope any other poorlies feel better soon.
Mumof2 - not sure when I'll get the ankle checked out, I am really stubborn.

Thank crunchie it is Friday and DH has a rare weekend off although he's gone down with a cold so not sure we'll do a lot although I do need to collect new glasses tomorrow.

This morning I have washed the breakfast dishes, cleared up after Littley (a hidden patch I missed yesterday), sorted the washing from the airer and done the ironing.

    Paid stuff now.

    Have a great day everyone.

Hugs good wishes coping/posi vibes sticks and spoons for all who need them.
Iona special coping vibes for you and your Dh, I do hope that the tests are done properly and quickly and that once they are all complete something will be done to help and get MrIona mended very soon.

New job was brill I really enjoyed it, can't believe how fast 3 hours goes! We had 5 children last night and just 2 tonight but hopefully it will build up once word gets round. Need to remember to nip shops and pick up some bits and pieces for the snacks tonight.

Morning all! Didn't manage to get to the gym last night but should have as I drank too much wine and had an argument with my DH! That'll teach me!

    Day off today so I've done;
    2 loads of washing
    middle floor hoovering
    bathroom (DH did this)
    mopped floors downstairs
    updated YNAB
checked if all my invoices have been paid

going to plan to do 15 mins decluttering in office and bedroom as they are both very messy.

Also got to rewash a coat I bought for my son on ebay. It smells very musty - has anyone got any tips of how to get rid of musty smell?

    Have a good day all!

Thanks for hugs and coping vibes - much appreciated.

I have finished and submitted my short assignment, and comparing it with other answers on the forum I think it is roughly what was required, so OK.

The horse piddle has just rung to call DH in for a scan this afternoon, so my other work will have to wait again.
  • Blessings to you and yours Iona

Done a few bits and bobs of flying but nothing more elaborate than the basic dailies. Going to have a cuppa now - I can't seem to get warm at the moment. xx

bossymoo I can't bring myself to get rid of my 'can't get into' clothes as one day I live in hope I will be able to get into them :( of course by the time that comes they will be way out of fashion (not that I follow the fashions)
My issue isn't clothes not fitting, I weeded those ages ago - but my joints are so beastly painful that even with Mr LW's help, I can't put them on without screaming in agony. Once they're on, they're fine - then comes the screaming agony of taking them off again at night. :( I'm hoping against hope that the joints let up at some point; currently the symptoms point to frozen shoulder on top of everything else, and it's been like it for absolutely ages.
Apologies - didn't mean to turn it into a pity party!

(((HUGS))) sweetie; it must be such a worrying time; but getting the scan done sooner rather than later must be a good thing.
