It has coconut oil and piperine which helps reduce inflamation apparently.
I don't take it myself but my husband does, for an old leg injury.
He only started a month or two ago and thinks it helps. He S going to stop again now to see I feel he notices any difference.

I just noticed that the other lady in town who does alterations is advertising a dressing services to brides who she has altered dresses for, at prices from £50. My first thought was I could do that, and then I thought actually no I can't as I do several weddings in a week and am always busy in the shop on a Saturday already.
Some things are just not cost effective for me to offer.

I have had a great day.
We had several jobs in, we had several jobs collected. Sold fabrics and patterns. It was a great day. £313. Can't complain about that.
    However you have to laugh.
I came home to an email asking me to change my website advertised hours as I say I am open on a Monday and yet I was closed!!
    Nope!
I was open from 9.30 (and in the shop from 8.30), the door was wide open, we were so busy we had queues and the biggest tell tail was that there is a 2ft gold number 3 tied to the swing sign outside!
But ah! The gift shop and sweet shop next door is closed on Monday. Could it be the fact that he stopped at their door and not mine.

I am going to be tired today! Craftsy had free streaming of sewing classes for 24 hours (labor day in America) and so I stayed up after panorama and watched lessons on the Serger and cover stitch machine until late, and again first thing this morning.
