Mooloo - I've gone from ironing absolutely everything for my family of five, including bedding, towels, tea towels etc to ironing absolutely nothing now I'm on my own. I try not to buy clothes which need ironing. Life is too short and I've got more important things to do ;)

I hate ironing! I have to press things as I make/alter them and I don't mind that so much but family ironing yuk.
When the kids were little I sent my ironing out.

Blink and I think I missed him. Bfs flight was delayed so he arrived around midnight and was gone again by 6am! Oh well.
    So what is happening today?
Sewing obviously. School picnic, so will it rain? Probably.
Freezer lucky dip is marinated chicken Piri Piri skewers.
Must shop for loo rolls if nothing else.
The market will be on so I can get my salad stuff as I go to work.
I wonder what the day will bring? I am thinking it could be quite as people stay away from the area for the Grand Prix.
Oh, I need to do some more cushions too

Thursday was £285 takings, yesterday £185. So we are still doing quite well. The seamstress rang in sick yesterday so I needed to tackle some of the jobs that were on her job sheet. I also tackled another Cushion cover and some of my work sheet, but I was tired and finished just after the show shut at 4.15pm
Had to shop for loo rolls, washing powder, and a few extra frozen vegetables. I had bought the salad on the market.
Dgd stayed the night with the neighbour's and I will see her after work.
Today is a birthday party for 8 little girls so I need to take my machine from home, the extension lead, and lunch this morning.
Bf is off running at the park in oxford this morning.
We will go over this evening- a round about route due to local road closures for the Grand Prix.
My morning will be tidying up and setting out the work shop in readiness for the children.
But first I still have to wash up last nights dishes! Yuk.
That will teach me to leave it till the morning.

I hope this is the link to Dropbox pictures of today's efforts from the Birthday party girls.
A great time was had by all.
    I am tired now.
Just been doing the accounts and this week was only £12 less than our highest week this year.
I just can't seem to make it to the £1,000 barrier- close but not quite there!
I have had a call back from one of the dress shops I targeted in the next town, and am going to have an interview next Wednesday morning. The woman even had a spare room that might work as a satalite branch. Could be interesting!
    Worth looking anyway.

The link doesn't work unless you remove the http:// at the start and then it takes you to all your photos but you can click on 15/7/17 to see the photos from today.

They are lovely bags, Mooloo - I bet the girls had a fab time!!

Excellent news on the takings - fingers crossed you break the £1k barrier soon!!

Think I just made it worse!
Should have taken you to a folder names Mooloo's.
Oh technology has the better of me at the moment.
We only need to find an extra hours worth of money to hit target of £1,000
So I will have to try and promote more sales related items, and maybe a few more parties and classes.
I brought the diary with me to Oxford, so I might try and spend some time on planning this evening, for a bumper August!!!
Although last year we were closed for about 10 days, which didn't help.
I am not planning to close this year, and hopefully will have staff to cover for me from now on.

The Mum of the birthday girl seemed to enjoy it too and when they noticed the Knickers from a previous course, she is thinking about having a birthday party making Knickers for herself and her friends!
She said it was the most stress free party ever!, and a bargain price too. So hopefully that will lead to other ones.
