    Not seen any wristbands here.

I normally find I have to ask for one. They are in the tray but below the poppies. They aren’t usually obvious so worth actually asking the seller.

I bought a brooch a few years ago and make a donation now without taking a poppy. Used to feel disrespectful throwing them away although I think some places accept them for recycling now.

Feeling better today. The motivation videos playing in the phone in the background. I spoke to Mum first thing.
I turned down the town hall curtains as I don’t have the cashflow to be able to purchase fabrics that are £70-£150 a metre for 11 sets of curtains. I did not want to borrow several thousands of pounds to do it. I decided that Curtains were not the way forward for me, as you told me, they are too heavy for me to do all the time, and if people were told that I made them then I would get asked to do more. potentially.
Customers were queuing when I opened the shop, and I had a busy day, serving in the shop etc, and didn’t get to sew a stitch until nearly 2pm.

    Bother!
Have had a bad pain in my back the last two days, really distracting.
I have come to bed! Trying to relax muscles etc
Can’t remember the last time I hurt so much.
On the positive side not feeling so bad on the SAD!

    Still in my bedroom!
The shoulder/back pain has knocked me for 6!
Dgd is on the PS3 down stairs and I am watching tv in the bedroom. I have been watching motivational videos, reading blogs etc to try and focus on improving me, while I relax my muscles as best as I can!
I struggled through work the last two days. But I did it, slowly.
I went to visit DS at his work yesterday after work and took him a “Red Cross parcel” of food raided from my freezer and Cupboards and gave him a wok Mum didn’t want anymore.
He has a good sized flat, and doesn’t have to pay for fuel and heating etc. So it will give him a chance to pay off his debts if he is diligent.
His boss said that he is well liked, and suited the job. Yeah positive vibes for him.
I cancelled going to BFs so I can relax better and actually not worry about keeping up appearances etc
So it’s a bit of a up and down time for me.
But I am not going to let the stresses and strains get to me, and I am not going to beat myself up over not being able to do everything.
If anyone wants to come and criticise then let them. For once I don’t care. As long as Dgd is ok, then that’s all that matters today.

Hi Mooloo, something you said the other day, and again today, has me wondering about why, after all these years together, you don't feel able to wear comfortable clothes or even pyjamas whilst relaxing in the evening when BF is there. Again today, you mentioned "keeping up appearances" as if you weren't able to relax fully over at his house.

I'm not wishing to pry, and forgive me if I've offended you in anyway, but I just found it rather strange. The first thing I do when getting home is to take off day clothes, shower and change into my joggers/pjs and a sloppy sweatshirt, but then I live alone. Although, some of the "loungewear" they do these days is quite snazzy and perfectly respectable to wear in company.

Don’t think it’s him, I think it’s just me. The way I was brought up,.
I put the problems there on my own I suppose.
I did put my pjs on the other night, I did have my bubble bath, with scented candles two nights in a row. He didn’t comment about it.
