His daughter’s car is going for an MOT, he’s taking it this afternoon, and he’s worried about it passing or not. I suggested doing a pre-MOT first, although I am not sure if garages still do that.

There probably wouldn't have been time even if a garage was prepared to do this. Only if it was something obvious and relatively simple to fit, e.g. tyres, wipers, bulbs, would there be any point.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

The car failed it’s MOT something to do with the Emissions, so BF is now resigned to having to help her and pay the £500 odd estimate for fixing the car. Now he is getting into the realm of how I have had to help mine with his own. Interesting after some of the conversations that we had over the years with me helping mine. !
I thought I had put the washing on when I went to work and I have come home to see that I tumble dried the load instead of washing!!
I really am out of sorts.
Last sewing lesson was cancelled, as one of the children was sick, and not really worth doing it for one child. Reschedule for next week.
The fittings first thing seemed to take me ages, and I struggled through the day as I didn’t take any medication this morning. I shall have to wait now until I get to oxford as it is slowing me down, and I can’t do that before I drive!
The washing is now back on, and I am about to pack our bags for the weekend. Hoping that we get a decent day tomorrow and maybe go to Waddesden Manor tomorrow if it’s possible to see the Christmas market.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

Might be worth checking with Waddesdon that it's open Mooloo, what with the aircrash near there yesterday.

We have stayed in. I have relaxed all day, writing in my journal and reading or just resting. Took two tablets at about 11am because of the pain, and although I must admit I am not in pain at the moment I am rather woolly headed and it is taking its toll on my ability to think!
I have let BF potter around me, and just rested.
Today my twins are 29 years old! How fast time flies!
I have spoken on the phone. Feeling guilty that lack of motivation meant that I didn’t post them their cards in advance! Feeling a terrible Mum!
    Brain is not functioning properly!

I didn’t do anything yesterday! I was in bed by 9pm. No Jungle for me.
I was awake a lot in the early hours though.
So I am feeling rather jaded now. Can’t have everything I suppose.

Poor old Mooloo, I do hope you start to feel better soon. The shorter, darker days don't help, do they? I know you have a light box, but I find vitamin D seems to help.

It’s more about the pain in my shoulders Centre back at the moment, but the SAD doesn’t help I admit.
I am battling with myself during the day. It is taking me longer to do jobs then Normal, and that is reducing my income, but not my expenses.
Mind you we did sell one of the new books today. 8 new jobs in.
I finished at 4 today, and plan on resting for the rest of the evening. Certainly while the tablets take effect.

Two tramadol and a heat patch helped me relax and get some sleep although I had the strangest dreams about everything filling with water, or floors opening up into cavernous voids beneith my feet.! What is my subconscious trying to tell me?!
I currently feel better, and have a new patch on ready to greet the day.
Here is hoping that I can achieve more today.

No. Nothing conclusive in any of the last tests.
