Underwear drawer decluttered, I have put all odd socks into a bag, I'll continue to add to it til the end of the month then go through and pair up all the socks that have managed to find their other half and any odd ones left can be either binned or turned into hand warmers.
  • I've not been feeling great since I went back to school last week. Felt overwhelmed last week and this week I've been feeling pretty ill. I've managed a bit of decluttering though

56-67 - recipe magazines all sorted through and potentials to cook have been cut out and saved (recycled)
68 - pizza box that crafty subscription was sent in. (Recycled)
69 - trinket box I got as a gift that I will never use (CS)

They haven't left the garage yet as I didn't dare put out the recycling bag y stray for fear of never seeing it again!

I'm wondering if anyone else is selling things as they go. I've just worked out that since the 2nd Jan on eBay and Gumtree - and after taking into account ebay/paypal fees - I've made £150 which I don't think is a bad sum for 11 days! :j
I've mainly sold dresses, a couple of coats and some toys. I've still got my bulky baby items to clean and list as well as a few other higher value items and a lot of other bits which need sorting. It might be interesting to keep track and see what the total is at the end of the year. I got an email from ebay recently saying the average home has £4k of unwanted items

I am as well. Started last summer and it's great to see how quickly the cash builds up. I've taken a four week break but have lots of things to upload when I get a chance.

Continued rooting through the kitchen cupboards and found even more OOD food.

    69-81. OOD food stock
    82. Old and last of the plug in scent thingys
    83. Cleared the kitchen table :j
    84. Filled more paperwork
    85. Bottle of vitamins used up, recycled
86-87. Boxes of tissues used from stash
    88. Table runner to cs
    89. Bank lid binned as batteries had exploded in it
No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017
    Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j
    2018 3060 items

    19) xmas cards finally made into tags, unwanted parts in recycling
    20) Giant box of chocs all gone (:o) packaging in bin/recycling

Xmas decs finally back in the loft. I did go through these when I took them down but decided I still needed everything so nothing got chucked away. Xmas tree is on its last legs so will probably get a new one this year, but keeping it just incase I don't!!
