Found the plug for the phone and it's all boxed back up and ready to go now, apart from the lead.
I know I won't be able to sell it in CeX or anywhere like that but does anyone know if I would be able to sell it on the local selling groups on fb or gumtree or somewhere like that, providing I clearly state that there is no charging lead?
It is a phone that will never be used by any of us anymore as we have all recently upgraded so to pass it on to someone who will use it and make a bit of cash in the process would be lovely0 -
In my weekly time I did some of the kitchen cupboards. Throwing out stuff out of date and also making a list of what i need to restock the store cupboard. I am hoping to also do another cupboard but landlord is coming to fix the oven this morning and you can guarantee as soon as i get everything out he will appear!
The cupboard is now done... it was filthy. Thrown a few things chipped etc and have washed a few more things to go in eBay job lot.Don’t put it down - put it away!

Hiya Gemma,
I know that there are a couple of sites that you can sell mobile phones on, and they don't need the charger or anything. I think there maybe a bit on MSE that lists them.
Hope that helps a bit?

Just rejigged a part of my room around a bit. Moved a small side table back to beside the computer desk(was by my bedroom door as it had the Christmas tree on it) and put the printer on top of it so i can use it again instead of it being stashed away on the bottom side shelf of the desk rendering it unusable.0

Have done a few different jobs today: mostly finished blitzing kitchen, decluttering the Mt Boxmore in my front room-I have actually emptied one very large box today, but doing this has made lots of little messes in the front room, which I will tackle when I have finished here.At the moment it seems like I have lots of half-done jobs done. When I tidy up it will feel better.
Tat I have decluttered today:
144:easter egg hunt kit,all cardboard,so recycled.Of course,I did consider keeping it in my "easter box" in the loft, but I thought for the sake of a couple of £,not worth keeping (that and the fact that by next easter,my kids might all think they are a bit old for egg hunts)
145:kept chipping away at a mountain of paper.kept a few envelopes, oops, recycled the rest
146:yellow pages-was only delivered this week-straight to recycling without a glance.Such a waste-wish we could opt out of delivery.:(
147:sweets tin (plastic) from Christmas, recycled. But I couldn't bring myself to recycle 3 lovely tins that had chocs or shortbread in,esp one referring to Queen's 90th birthday.
SO I would love suggestions as how I can put these tins to use, please. What can I store in them?
148:from mountain of stuff,a baby-seat rattle-arch-y thingo :rotfl:
(will go to tip)
Emtying boxes:
149:miniature Cleudo game.Saw that OH had one in his [STRIKE]tat-house[/STRIKE]mancave,so thought he could use another.(This is the same guy who peered into my huge decluttering garbage bag,saw there was a torn PE kit bag in it,pulled the bag out and retrieved the drawstring from it .So I am sure he would never mind a second Cleudo game, especially as it will never be used as a game-it will be picked apart for parts.)
150:piece that youngest daughter must have made in nursery-pulled into its component parts(plastic bowl and paper strips),put out for recycling.Feel bad doing that, but it had been broken in storage
151:book from when 10yo was in nursery:for donation
At this point, gave up on this box.Was getting down to so much kibble.Seriously considered sending box back to loft to look at again in a few months time.
Got out another box:
152-153:toiletries sets.My MIL gives me these for every birthday and Christmas, and sometimes I think they are too good for me to use,so I keep but never use /donate/sell on.Suddenly ,I have decided to keep and use these ones, and every subsequent ones I am given. So I have emptied one of the sets into respective places: toiletries bag, shower recess, the other one I will might put in upstairs bathroom to use as hand-soap (is actually bath-wash,I think, but I rarely have baths, preferring showers.)
154:index card holder.OH gave it to me years ago,but never used.Yet,every now and again I think "I wish I can remember where I wrote xxxxx last year,I could follow it up now".Problem solved!
155;letter written to me March 2010 by another mum when I was selling her some washable nappies-recycled
156:large collection of birthday cards for different members of the family.Absolutely lovely to see children's scribbled cards, handprints, pictures, etc. All put in a smallish box, which I have been filling sincevstarting this declutter, and now needs to be transfered to a bigger box!Somewhere in the loft ,and in cupboards around the house,I have got many more cards.Eventually they will all be in a central location.
157:small shoebox of kibble sorted-mostly missing pieces of toys.
158:video camera box containing leads,instructions,?CD-put in a lovely cleared space in Welsh dresser
159:lots of children's artwork, put in another box for "keeps".That is what my loft is forrrrrrrr :rotfl:
Going to have a bit of a tidy-up now, maybe have tea, then see where I am at.
Might even help my tidying efforts by putting the stuff for donation straight into the car.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

I'm just watching Hoarders on CBS. Personally i do not think that is the right way of going about getting rid of all the junk.
The person must really, really want it and it needs to happen at their pace.
There is no psychological help there at all really, which is what it is - a psychological problem. All they do is try to get as much junk as possible in the vans in as quick a time as possible
I am certainly glad we don't have that much to get rid of. just some things that have accumulated over the last few years0 -

I recently sold my iPhone to cex - there was no charger with it but the lovely assistant suggested I went to the pound shop and picked one up. Depending on your phone, could you get a cheap compatible lead too?0 -
