HAHA!! My daughter knows more than me, I know enough but its kind of more informal Welsh which I havent got the confidence to speak in public. Always nice to find another learner.

On a festive note I have just ordered the turkey, last year he was called Cedric.... wondering what to call it this year.

    What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Peppa's Birthday?

    Many Happy Returns Peppa.xxx

Went to a different pound shop and forgot to look for the cinnamon lattes.

Got a big box of Jacobs crackers from BnM for 3.99

I may have also bought some battery lights from the pound shop to put in jars in the garden for the party and 2 little nut cracker soldiers..May have also bought a gold soldier nutcracker from BnM.I have 3 that I have had for 25 years. But the gold one will be nice in the hall. They also have some huge ones for about £15.If only I had the room.

O I haven't bought one yet MandCo so will go have a look thank you :D

    Happy Birthday Peppapig!

Popped into Mr T yesterday with DH while youngest was at Karate and they were selling 10 bottles of J20 for £4 so picked up one of those for the kids on christmas day (they love J20) i've only ever seen it on 4 bottles for £2 so I thought that was a good deal. Also got a bottle of schloer for £1.14 on half price offer and the obligatory Sprite and Fanta for £1 each.

Made a small start on the christmas food, so far I have my biccies from M&S, matchmakers and some southern fried chicken witches fingers which were actually from MR T's halloween range but they were giving free samples out and we were so impressed we bought some and froze them for boxing day lunch :rotfl:

Evening everyone, I can officially say I have finished all my Christmas presents :j:j I have had two Christmas shopping days out with DD1 this week as she is on leave and smashed it. I have also got their new PJs, Christmas scratchcards, gold coins for the pots of gold. I just need to sort it all out it is all over the place in my bedroom atm.

GETTINGTHEREQUICKLY thankyou yes I am well my lovely, we got the 3 Yankee Candles in Costco too, fab bargain! Glad all your cakes are baked and you have one for yourself

MURIE I have heard of Tarte make up I'm sure DD will love it. I have put all DD1s lush stuff inside the bag and in a gift bag I'm sure she will like it. She is currently walking around with the Molten Brown tattoos on :rotfl::rotfl:

NEWTHRIFT/FEISTY hi ladies hope the littluns are doing well

SAMMYKAYE I don't envy your postage costs for all those cards :o

STOKIEBECKS we didn't have any trick or treaters last night

VULPIX omg my DS would have loved a HP themed afternoon tea, I love the sound of the Polar Express one as well

    Prynhawn da!!

I love the drop in temperature thats happened recently, really making it feel like Christmas is just around the corner.

Have pretty much finished my shopping now (the joys of being single *sigh*) just struggling as to what to get my 10 year old son as a main present to go with his smaller ones.

I too love this time of year! I have my first Yankee Christmas tart burning and the house is all cosy in the lamplight!

Peppa - I wrote to the company and they said that it is because you have to buy it through this link:
    https://www.Flavourly.com/GQXC

Now it is ordered and on its way YAY!!!

Oakdene - I love the mornings now, it feels so fresh because it's getting cooler! I always look forward to winter, prefer winter clothes and wrapping up warm!

I am so very tempted to get this for DH as he is a real ale buff, but a bit nervous that he may not like all or most. He's such a buff we already have two tasting glasses :lol
Had to go to Costco after work last night, walked in & past, packs of 3 large Yankee candles for £30. I was on a mission as I was getting stuff for work, so will have to go back again. Judging by the amount of people in there, 5:30 on a Tuesday evening is the best time to go, there was no one in. Did my good deed at the checkout as the lady behind me was only getting 2 things, tub & pack of sweets for trick or treaters. She said that she had bought what she thought was plenty at supermarket, but didn't count on the vultures grabbing as much as possible, so it was all gone by the first lot.

Who is this Feisty person who sneaked in yesterday? Hope DD is thriving, walking, getting into things & generally bringing chaos and joy to the Feisty household!

Murie, thanks for tip on beers. Had a look as I thought it would be perfect for a friend who is a real ale buff. Not sure about the names and how sweet they could be, he is definitely not first in the queue for sweet. I don't drink, so haven't a clue.

GYD & Free, hope all well with you both.

Trying to get my head around the newbies at mo, so apologies to you for not being fully up to date with you, but welcome to the mad house, which will be an oasis of calm in a months time when the rest of the world is frantic!

Oh my goodness is she walking, talking and bringing both joy and chaos to the feisty household! She is my little chatterbox and the new things she says and does each day never fails to amaze me!
