Prynhawn da!!
I love the drop in temperature thats happened recently, really making it feel like Christmas is just around the corner.
Have pretty much finished my shopping now (the joys of being single *sigh*) just struggling as to what to get my 10 year old son as a main present to go with his smaller ones.Dwy galon, un dyhead,

Hi all,
Glad some of you were able to wrap - I still have no paper....
Picked up my Boots order in store on Saturday. First attempt saw the assistant only get 1 of 2 packages from the store room, then I got caught in the bleepers at the door. One of the items was security tagged. Makes me really annoyed as you would think they would deactivate the items when packing them...??
Picked up some Florentines and stollen bites from Aldi and also some rtc prawns and arancini(sp?) balls in Tesco that I've frozen. We normally have the extended family over on Christmas Eve to exchange gifts.
Thanks for the heads up on the fitbit 2 mandco - I am tempted to get one for me!!

Welcome OAKDENE.
Thanks STOKIE, I'll give that a go, it's nice to be able to put pics up sometimes without having to refer everyone to Instagram.
LMG nothing like decorating to throw you off your game. We're finally straight now so I've got no excuse.
RAE I just tried the beer box out of interest and it's doing it to me too, I wonder if maybe they've reached their limit if sale ones. MURIE you did really well getting yours. It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0 -
Peppa - I wrote to the company and they said that it is because you have to buy it through this link:

Oakdene - I love the mornings now, it feels so fresh because it's getting cooler! I always look forward to winter, prefer winter clothes and wrapping up warm!0 -
Kraft beer set is a good price for anyone who is into that. Well done shoppers if you wanted it and got it. Thanks for links but not suitable for any of my remaining few to buy for - think my grandad would prefer a bottle of red instead
I wrapped a few more yesterday...feel totally unproductive today though£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -

Well done Stokie on the wrapping!!! I have all my wrapped presents right where my tree will be and they are looking super festive tonight!
Thanks Peppa! Really happy, asked the OH if he thinks his dad will like it and he approved!
Currently curled up on the sofa; candles lit and bake off final on! Love cosy winter evenings.0 -
Popped in to TK Maxx and got some more candles for Mum's box. Most of them were festive ones so I was relieved to find two that weren't!
Also looked in Waterstones for book inspiration for my Dad. I normally find it quite easy to pick books for him but this was a struggle. Did find one my Mum will like though, so took a photo and will suggest one of my sisters buy it, Mum's birthday is at the beginning of December so they can always give the book for that."You won't bloom until you're planted" - Graffiti spotted in Newcastle.

Hi Christmas lovelies
I am still here lurking I just don't quite seem to be finding thw time to keep up and reply properly, especially since I had somehow forgotten how fast the thread moves this time of year. Will be nice to see the rest of the world joining us in Christmas prep from tomorrow haha.
Still sticking to my budgets and have been spending some time reading/going back over other MSE bits to bring myself back on to saving track as have been a bit spend happy.
